Review 1:Parking is limited and you need to book space in advance. The car park is a very tight squeeze and access to it is tricky..
Review 2:Location is excellent and gives really good access to town facilities , points of interest and restaurants. However, no coffee or tea facilities in the room except a mini bar.
Review 3:The garage is suitable just for small italian cars, so you might have problems with parking.
Review 4:It's a nice small hotel with a perfect location and very kind staff.
Review 5:This hotel had a lovely vibe from the beginning. Located very centrally, staff were warm and receptive and the room was extremely large. This was very very good value for money when compared to some of the other high rates across Italy. We would certainly stay again.

Review 13:The person in the front desk was not very friendly. She was also responsible for getting guests breakfast (coffee) and did not seem very pleased to do it. Ask her for bottled water and she just pointed to it.
Review 14:air conditioning in my room was VERY noisy and not efficient at all, only italian programs in tv, I wouldn't call it a 4-star hotel, it's rather 3-star,

Review 23:Location of hotel inside the city walls. Staff was super helpful.
Review 24:Very poor wifi reception. The renovation of rooms lost the charm of the hotel.
Review 25:The breakfast room. The location and the staff.
Review 26:Bathroom and they charge us for parking however it was the hotel's parking.

Review 45:extremely helpful staff. They were absolutely lovely. Fabulous location,
Review 46:The staff were very helpful and came out and parked our car for us. This was very helpful as the central postition made parking difficult. The breakfast was very good in a particularly elegant dining room.
Review 47:The hotel was an easy walk to everything. The bus was right outside the hotel which took us to the funicular. There was no charge if you were using the funicular. Our room was romantic with a beautiful painted ceiling. Included breakfast was good....with eggs and prociutto. Bene!!
Review 48:No internet in the room, no air-conditioning, sink was stopped up and bathroom vent made a horrible noise...all of these things could have been rectified/fixed but never were!
Review 49:Staff, location and breakfast was excellent!
Review 50:The staff was cheerful and very helpful answering questions and making.recommendations. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. I wish all my stays in Italy were as good as The Hotel Aquila Bianca.
Review 51:At first, I was a little annoyed that you have to pay extra forbreakfast, 5 Euros. Its not a problem as the breakfast was certainly oneof the best selection I have had since being in Italy.
Review 52:The hotel is less than 200 yards away from the main square on top of thehill - its brilliant position. Its a beautiful place to stay and wouldcome back tomorrow... Actually booked to one and stayed anothernight.... Was able to sample more of the wine, that way!!!! Come andstay here you won't be disappointed.
Review 53:Beautiful building, very central location, but easy to find, even withoutGPS,safe parking(albeit a bit tricky to enter),proximity to first classtourist attractions and fabulous restaurants and trattorias, basic, butcomfortable rooms.Clearly,it is not a spa,but very adequate base forwandering trough extremely attractive old city.Recommended.
Review 54:Nothing
Review 55:Location right at the edge of this Medievil town. Easy to find. If you need parking have a small car the parking for a 10e fee is tight. Fabulous breakfast included!!!
Review 56:Staff could have been a bit more cordial, but this is a minor remark Breakfast, as is commonly the case in Italian hotels, was included but not great. I'd appreciate a room-only option,
Review 57:The location is amazing: right in the centre of town. Parking is EUR10 per night, but it's worth the expense as it's otherwise very hard to find parking in town Hotel is nice: clean and modern, free Wi-Fi (very weak in our room but acceptable).
Review 58:Good breakfast, room to park the car
Review 59:Not one thing
Review 60:Position, cleanliness & breakfast. Room was good size for 3

Review 62:Breakfast especially the coffee.
Review 63:Great location. Faded grandeur.
Review 64:Location - everything was on the doorstep. And easy to drive to, with parking available.
Review 65:People very friendly. Great breakfast. Streets are very very narrow and gps could not find so be careful driving
