Review 1：The hotel is clean and well run. There are oddities and imperfections (location next to massive furniture store, old fashioned and basic, etc.), and it is not a luxury hotel. But it is excellent value for money and staff are friendly, accommodating and flexible.

Review 2：Staff super helpful and friendly. Good if you need a place just to sleep and continue next morning. Selection of food in direction of Chineese. Computer available for guest use.

Review 3：The restaurant sucks - this is chinese, not austrian. Ok, this is not exactly the hotel, but relatedand this is the same chinese staff. They are not very friendly.

Review 5：We had booked in for dinner and breakfast, and after driving 250 miles we were looking forward to the evening meal. However upon arrival we found the hotel deserted, not one member of staff on site, just a key left out for us. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom either. Upon ringing booking.com we were told of course the restaurant is closed its a bank holiday! Problem was nobody at the hotel or booking.com had bothered to explain in advance that we would be arriving at a hotel with no staff! Despite accepting the booking for an evening meal, it was not deemed necessary to tell us it would not be provided. Everywhere else in the town was closed too so we went very hungry that night. Breakfast was not great either and i had to leave the room as there was a bad problem with flies there, (the hotel was very clean so i dont know where the flies were coming from?)

Review 34：Rooms are very simple... communistic style I would even risk to say. Good if you need a roof over your head, but nothing more. It's not difficult to find something much nicer in the area (in same price). Shower cabin broken, the lift broke down as well. Wish I have stayed somewhere else.
