Review 2：The place is really beautiful! We enjoyed a lot. Looking forward to visit the place again.. The staffs on the bar was really nice and accomodating. The receptionist on duty that night was really nice also. :) The mushroom soup is so delicious!!!!! :) :) :)

Review 11：The food was acceptable, but not spectacular, and a mechanical noise kept us awake at night and couldn't seem to be resolved by staff. The manager was very apologetic, however, and did give us a small discount at check out.

Review 41：The rooms look outdated and smelled moldy as if they have not been opened in a while. There was loud music until 12 AM the first day we arrived and was stopped after repeated calls to the reception. The food was generally expensive for the variety and not worth it.

Review 47：No pool depth indicator.. for safety reasons. Three bedroom penthouse is very unsafe for little kids. The tables are all glass and have pointed angles. The kitchen has a very dangerous single step up. My 3yo child and one adult fell from it as the colors of the living room tiles and the kitchen tiles are the same. I suggest that you change the colors of the kitchen tiles so the step is visible.

Review 51：The rooms are old; the hotel restaurants and corridors need renovations; the landscaping is outdated; the food and breakfast is ridiculously cheap and poor quality that won't even fit a three star hotel! The swimming pool is small and outdated (20 meter pool); the gym is closed early morning; the gym equipment is cheap and some dysfunctional. The room's AC is difficult to control; you wake up freezing and can't adjust it; the towels are old and some smell bad; the room service doesn't clean up until he sees you going in the room to get his tip. The gate staff could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. This hotel should be labelled at most 3 stars. In the holidays and weekends the price is DOUBLE the normal price. The hotel obviously is only good because of it's beach and island. Not recommended for a bit of luxury. No value for money unless you're primarily there for snorkeling and sunbathing. You can't have breakfast there because they don't even serve decent marmalade; only the cheapest stuff you can get!

Review 52：The beach is long and wide; you are in front of snoopy island which means you can snorkel at the island as much as you like; that's the best thing about this hotel. Oh and the room's view directly on the beach was superb. Beds are ok. That's it!

Review 124：I've been staying in Sandy Beach perhaps 3 or 4 time already. And always was happy with this hotel staff, 24h in-room services, including beverages (beer, wine, etc). Staff has never been "annoying" like "go away", "beach closed!", "this not allowed, "that not allowed" and similar Scam. Even if I wanted to the beach and see the ocean in the middle of the night, relax on the sunbed and see the stars and sky.

Room rate was AED 100 more when I settled the bill than what it was when booked on booking.com. There should be a sign or warning at the beach about the oil.
