Review 1：Extremely poor signage - nothing on street and where the facility is doesn't correspond at all with street numbers or bookings.com street map. Our space was plentiful but TV, oven, hot water in kitchen not working.

Review 5：The hospitallity of the propietaries was excellent. She always gives advices for visiting different places like Festivals. The hostel looks like a new one. In cocnlusion, the days in this hostel and the services was excellent.
Review 6：Everything is tidy and clean, the house is very cool, the swimming pool very nice, and the host is super nice and sympathetic, she gave us many advices for activities or restaurants, and helped us when we needed.
Review 7：Unfortunately we stayed in the basement of the house .. smell of damp was awful. Not an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was not much considering all the breakfasts that we have had in Sardinia. Bathroom was really old.

Review 16：The B & B is situated in a great scenic and quiet location near the main road that leads from the town of Nuoro to the Ortobene mountain. Nearby there is a church with a large parking (also visible from the window of my room) and a bar. The center is easily reached on foot. The owner was really friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. At breakfast I found a great selection of croissant, yogurt, cookies, white bread, butter, jam, tea, milk, coffee and... the delicious home-made orange cake! The price is the cheapest and there is also a nice swimming-pool!
Review 17：House is at the top of a steep slope with quite a few steps to climb. wifi in our room was a little weak but worked fine on the landing.
Review 18：Set in a quiet suburb to the NE of Nuoro. Gardens very secluded with many trees and shrubs to keep it cool, we arrived with +30c also a verada that is also shaded. Very spacious bedroom, we had a room overlooking the valley. Bathroom also very spacious. The house is immaculate, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and at a time we wanted. There was also a dog at the house, Milo, a very friendly labrador, which to us aded to the homely feel as we have two back in the uk.
Review 19：the B&B was out of town a bit with not great parking.The room was stark and not good value for money.Breakfast was skimpy with no fresh bread and the welcome was not very friendly.
Review 20：Unfortunately the shower doesn't drain well, leaving a paddle of soap dirt after other's use but the bathroom is very clean.
Review 21：The owner was very kind and friendly. She was professional with good communication skills. This B&B is linked to a real home with good facilities. Even with shared bathroom, it was perfect. It is located in a tranquil setting on the way to Mt. Ortobene which was convenient for hiking as well as its close distance to town centre by foot.

Review 25：Very nice owner, who provided pick up service from the bus station on the day of our arrival, and also our departure. She was very flexible as for our requests. Though the english level was quite low, we were able to communicate about majority of our issues. The room was cleaned every day. The city centre was very close, walking distance.
