Review 3：Poor breakfast, it took relatively long until the water in the shower became relatively warm. The staff do not speak English very well, but it we did not care, you can communicate with them very well.

Review 4：The location is excellent, close to the St. Padre Pio Sanctuary. Fairly quiet zone, nice view from the room. The window curtains were excellent, they did not allow any light pollution from the street during the night. New facilities. The staff were very friendly and nice. No one cares about the strict check-in /check-out times, you can come/leave anytime.
