Review 1：Breakfast was not included. Being a B&B I thought breakfast was automatically included in the price.

Review 4：Lovely B&B, the owner Fiorella was fantastic, looked after us very well and was always on hand if we needed anything. The whole place was very relaxed with a good help yourself breakfast and a lovely pool to relax around should you want. The room was spacious and comfy with great facilities and air con.

Review 5：Perfect for us, we discovered Garda area from here. Very tidy and clean. Personal service. We rented 3 rooms for one week, about 40 degrees all week, but the pool and air condition was perfect.

Review 6：I was disappointed the pool wasn't open but the weather was not good in Italian terms (early May) so totally understandable that it was covered.

Review 7：I was warmly welcomed into their home. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and there was everything I needed to make me feel at home - including ability to make good Italian coffee at any time! The breakfast was good with eggs and cheese as well as croissants. The owner Fiorella spoke good English and she and her husband were extremely kind - he even drove me to the airport (at a charge). I felt safe and comfortable at all times and that was important to me as a female solo traveller.

Review 8：The owner was very helpfull and friendly and it was like being in a friends house and I would easily recommend and stay there again. It is a short walk to lake Garda and half an hour from Verona airport and easy to find if arriving by car.

Review 9：Owners and staff very helpful and friendly, made us feel at home and very welcome. Clean and comfortable accommodation with free wifi, computer, and bike hire. Lovely breakfast every morning with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water throughout the day. Super pool to relax by...and only four guest bedrooms so lovely and quiet. Location about a ten minute walk from the town and lake and 15 mins from the station. Owners also picked us up and dropped us back at the airport (for an added cost but very worthwhile!) One of the nicest places we have stayed at and would highly recommend.

Review 35：Twenty minutes walk to both Port (downhill) and rail station (uphill) TV hopeless unless you like Italian game shows and never ending adverts 900+ channels one in English (Israeli Stock Market).Only coffee machine I expect fresh coffee with breakfast. Your bedroom opens onto breakfast room so eight pairs of eyes looking at you as you enter. The noticeboard full of post-it notes from previous visitors - would be far more useful to put Bus, Train and Ferry timetables on it (wasted so much time waiting for buses very poor service ). Thirty stairs to bedrooms so don't bring heavy suitcase.

Review 38：This hotel is a private house with 4 clean and comfortable guest rooms (with air conditioner and desktop :)), beautiful small garden with a cozy sit out and a swimming pool. The owners are very friendly and helpful with all the information. The breakfast is good. Any request for extra eggs, bread or cakes was always welcome. The kitchen is open to the guests for unlimited Tea, Coffee and mineral water bottles at no extra cost. Wifi is good and available free of cost. The center of the town and the lake area is about 10 minutes by foot. PS: There are friendly dogs and cats in the house as well. :-)

Review 47：Everything! This is a wonderful place to stay - the family that own it make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The pool is never too busy and has beds for everyone. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt very lucky to have booked this place over other options.

Review 48：I really could not fault this B&B in any way. The owners are the best hosts one could wish for. It really feels like you are staying at a friends house rather than a hotel (including the dogs and cats that roam the grounds and play with you at the pool). The pool is a great highlight, and due to the size of the B&B, won't be overcrowded. The rooms are well equipped, even with computers for internet access, and the airconditioning works absolutely brilliant (and it's totally under your own control). There is only italian TV, but with Lake Garda so close and a pool in front of the door, you won't need much TV. My daughter has requested we go back every year - I'm convinced. I have been to Desenzano many times, usually staying privately. This hotel is a slight bit away from the center, but we are literally talking 5-10 mins walk - and this walk showed me 3 places I hadn't previously known that will become regular stops when I visit. The first is the restaurant "Croce d'Oro" straight down the street from the hotel towards town with fair prices for good portions and deliciously prepared pasta (try the Truffle tortellini). The next is "La Frasca" on the Piazza Garibaldi for fantastic regional dishes, some of the best italian special beers I have ever tried, great desserts (chocolate salami... try it, it's not what you expect), and superb service. After dinner if you are still craving a granita or some exquisite ice cream (gorgonzola & honey... or my favourite, basil - as well as all the usuals), wander down to Venturelli on the other side of the square. All in all, the perfect vacation experience away from the tourist traps.

Review 50：The lady who runs this b and b is a delight.She picked us up and dropped us back at the station and she also printed some train tickets for us. The rooms are spacious and very clean and there is a computer in each room.The chairs and table in the garden can be used for a pre dinner drink and meeting other guests.It was a little cool to use the pool but it is an added bonus if the weather is fine. Breakfast was also very good

Review 52：Everything. The owners and staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. All the 4 rooms are well designed, with a level of comfort/details above the usual B&Bs. Coffee and water are free all times. Continental breakfast are plenty of options.The swimming area is very good for relaxing with lots of parasols and comfortable chairs. There is a table outside where guest may eat comfortably in the shade. The B&B is circa of 700 m from the harbour, which means it is silent at night. There are good restaurants and bars very close. We had much more than we expected when we booked the B&B.

Review 61：common / breakfast room is right outside the bedrooms so once one guest is up you all are as the sound proofing is non existent. noise from other guests. noise from revellers going home from the bar 100m up the street every night. noise from the dogs barking in the morning and from surrounding properties. noise from other bedrooms including chair scraping, door banging, and plumbing. selective befriending of guests by the hosts. others were invited to a communal BBQ whilst we were not. shoe 'wooden' floor noise from people coming and going in other rooms. lack of enough hot water to go around in the morning when all the rooms are full. 'interesting' flooding of shower from sink and vice versa in my room.
