Review 1：No wifi in rooms. Outside swimming pool only opens June to September. Separate entrance fee of €20p.p. for the spa/indoor pool.

Review 3：It didn't worry us as we are young and fit but there are a lot of stairs up and down so if mobility is a problem for you then this is perhaps not the place you want to stay. Also, showers are very small so it wouldn't suit overweight as you just wouldn't fit in
Review 4：The tiered gardens are beautiful, staff are friendly. This seems like a popular health retreat for Italians. I don't eat breakfast but they had an amazing assortment of foods available which all looked yummy. Lunch was very good
Review 5：Room was small and dark. Also the shower in the bathroom is very small. Seems a bit outdated compared with the rest of the complex. Due to the size of the complex, WiFi was not available everywhere, not in the room anyway, more just only at the lobby. A lot of stairs to walk within the compound, difficult for disabled / elderly people, I can imagine!

Review 8：The Staff at Basiliani Resort was amazing! Warm, welcoming and willing to assist at anytime. The grounds were beautiful, the Spa and pool were clean and great amenities.
Review 9：Multiple stairs to rooms and torturous pathways. Given such difficult access to rooms we would have expected porters to assist with luggage. WIfi and 3G unobtainable in rooms. This seemed at odds with a very modern and business focussed hotel. At the weekend the pool area was packed with people who did not appear to be residents.

Review 11：It was a great hotel but there was no wifi. We were told it was available free in the reception area. But nowhere else. As it is a very big hotel I could imagine that reception would be packed with frustrated people unable to use their equipment. After asking at reception why I couldn't get wifi there was a long explanation about getting into safari and eventually I got it but it wasn't good enough to even open my emails. This reason alone will put me off going there again.
