Review 12：Doesn't have a 24 hour reception which we were not told about as is generally the norm. Returning to the hotel at 1:30am we were locked out and nobody responded to the night bell or phone. After exhausting a few options we had to sleep in the car. Less than ideal but the staff were very apologetic. Take you key!
