Review 1：Although we couldn't turn of the in room ventilation, the staff were helpful at getting round the issue.

We could hear our neighbours return at 3am, the traffic racing outside and the loud music they ply in the coorridors continuously. Breakfastquality was atrocious and I'm surprised there were some people eating it. Unfriendly staff at check in.

Breakfast had good variety. Stopped on the way from Milano to Venice as is located half way and the train stops there.

Review 23：I didn't like the a little bit too strong specific smell of washing-powder on the towels. And the mattress wasn't the most comfortable - it started to hurt the back when we stayed for a longer sleep. But who would want to sleep long on the exciting travel tour anyway. So that's a minor thing what actually didn't spoil our enjoyment over our stay in the hotel at all.

Review 24：Hotel Bonotto is a great hotel with smiling and helpful people. We enjoyed our stay very much. The CEO Mr. Bonotto is a real gentleman and the staff is always smiling, very friendly and attentive. Great people. They provided us extra pillows when noticed that we would need them, even before we managed to ask. It touched my heart. Rooms were clean, air conditioning worked well. I loved free wi-fi, silky touch of linens, large shower towels, delicious meal, good coffee, and beautiful view from the windows on the lambent surface of Garda Lake. The hotel has a great location, right by the lake, restaurants and cafés all around. You can use ferries, trains and buses to get around. We visited interesting places in Desenzano, Saló, Riva del Garda, Arco, Limone, Malcesine, Monte Baldo, Sirmione and Verona. It was a great vacation.

Review 70：There were a couple of minor issues: the safe in our room didn't work, and the wifi wasn't really up to scratch - fine for basic browsing, but iffy with modern web applications, and useless for streaming. The the walls of the rooms are quite thin, too, and you can hear a fair bit of noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms. This wouldn't have been too bad, but unfortunately we seemed to have quite a loud family on one side. Overall, though, a pretty decent hotel.

Review 71：We received an extremely warm and helpful welcome. The hotel itself is reasonably modern, and the rooms are simple and pleasant. It's about a minute's walk from the lakeside, and only a few minutes away from the centre of Desenzano, so the location is fantastic. Breakfast is basic continental, served in a 5th floor dining room with a splendid view over the lake. It's an unfussy, reasonably-priced hotel in a great spot.

Review 80：Parking was one factor that we were considering when booking and hotel advertised free parking. Fortunately we had a small car and there was one of two parking spaces open when we arrived. Otherwise a public lot with daily rate of 10 euros was across the street so it wouldn't of affected our stay too much, just expected more parking then what was available.

Review 81：Hotel is in a great location to see Lake Garda and enjoy central Desenzano, all within walking distance. It was very picturesque there, even at the end of November. Got good recommendations for dinner and had a lovely meal. Rooms were nice and relatively spacious. We were fortunate to have a lovely view of the lake and town from a small balcony off our room. Wifi service was excellent - important when you are travelling with older kids!

The juice was watery and the coffee - dispensed from a machine - was awful. Don't know what happened to the egg boiling machine someone else mentioned but pre-boiled cold eggs were the only option when we stayed.

It was also possible to buy Gardaland tickets from the hotel althoygh we didnt as they required payment in cash. We chose to hang on to the cash and pay by card at the theme park but wished we hadnt as they were more ecpensive there. If you intend to ho to Gardaland (ehich was very good) fo consider getting tickets ftpm the hotel. It wad sbout 38 euros cheaper for 4 of us. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Breakfast was fine and served on the 5th floor which had excellent lake views. It was a bit chilly to eat outside but in warmer weather that option would be great too. Bar on ground floor was also nice.

Review 108：Nice hotel in a very good location just two minutes from the lake. It is easy to get everywhere on foot from there. The staff are all very friendly and keen to help you out wherever possible. There is also a lovely lake view terrace on the top where you can have breakfast in the morning.
