Review 1：COMMON BALCONY....FOR 3 ROOMS.....SO EVERY TIME YOU YOU WANT TO BE OUT YOU CAN SEE OTHER PEOPLE S ROOM....WHY WE HAD NUMBER 13 OUR ROOM??I DONT KNOW ANY OTHER HOTEL WITH NUMBER 13......POOR BREAKFAST......NO LIFT.....AND NO MOUNTAIN VIEW FROM ROOM ,YOU WANT TO STAY IN THE RAIN TO SEE THE VIEW......POOR INTERNET CONNECTION.....

Review 4：warm welcome by Frau Schnitzer. She can tell you everything you want to know about the region provided you speak German or Italian. Very nice breakfast with home made jams and honey from the region.

Review 5：Wifi didn't work in the room, but was available in the breakfast area and bar. It's a bit of a walk from other restaurants. It would have been good to have been able to book half board through booking.com. Most other guests were taking advantage of it. Wish they took credit cards, but so many other businesses in the town didn't either.

Review 6：Hospitality of the hosts. Even though little English was spoken they all made us feel very welcome. It was a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant meals were also good, with typical cuisine. The comfort and cleanliness were first class. Highly recommended.
