Review 1：I had bad neighbours. Not really hotels fault but when get loud neighbours does make it hard to sleep if windows and walls are not super thick

Review 8：A very decent small motel with functional room, good bed and shower. I require little more, and so was quite satisfied. Parking was a little tight, but not impossible.
Review 9：We found it an excellent motel, there were only 11 units but we preferred that. The room though small was adequate enough for us. All the furnishings and appliances were modern. The location was handy, we could walk quite easily to the tourist area of Echuca, and there was a great breakfast & lunch eatery right beside the motel. There were great dining facilities for an evening meal within walking distance.We would stay there again, and also recommend it to our friends. The husband & wife who own and run the motel were very nice & helpful.
