Review 1：3 star hotel should have wifi in rooms not just in lobby. I expect tissues in the bathroom and face cloths.....none. Maintenance reqd for powerpoints, furnishings..not big things but some attention to detail would improve the hotel enormously

Review 3：A very small shower, but this seems to be the standard in the South of Italy. Only Wifi downstairs in the lobby, not in the rooms.

Review 4：The hotel is well worth it's 3 stars. Very clean hotel and rooms. The rooms have everything you need for a beachholiday. Good breakfast on the terrace! Very good price/value in a perfect location.

Review 5：They ask you if you would like a parking space for your car. In effect their garage only fits a couple of cars!! Result, you can pay 5 Euros per day at a parking-lot, which is only guarded during day-time. Walking distance 5 Minutes. We parked free further one, on the white marked parking area for everybody about 8 minutes walk. Better off without car at this location.

Review 8：The location is excellent, short walk from the old city and sea boulevard. Our room had a balcony, which was very pleasant in "siesta time". Breakfast in the dining room with sea panorama is a real weak up for your soul!

Review 9：The A/C was switched off in the middle of the night, but when I protested, it never happened again. In fact, whenever I would leave the room, I would shut off the A/C, but it would always be on upon our return. We always returned to a cool room. I appreciate how they took good care of us.

Review 10：The staff here was VERY accommodating. We had a couple of issues and they were more than willing to make us happy. For that I am very appreciative. We arrived very hot and sticky, having walked from the train station, and it was very thoughtful of the woman at the counter to invite us to relax on the sofa with a cold bottle of water and ice. Her colleague arrived soon after and checked us in. We were not happy with the size of the double room for our three night stay, and since the hotel was not full, they upgraded us to a triple. That provided us with a great deal more comfort. It was very kind of them to do so. The location is really great. They have a rack set in a sunny area to allow you to hang wet swim suits to dry. Plenty of food choices including fresh fruit for breakfast. Excellent WiFi connection and speed in the lobby. All-in-all a pleasant stay. We really liked Otranto.
