Review 1：The room smelt, the hotel is right beside the railway line, the bedroom carpet and curtains needed a good clean. The bed squeaked every time I turned over.

Review 3：Elevator was really small for 2 persond or 1 person and 1 suitcase so needed to go up and down few times with children, suitcases and trolly.

Review 9：The walk to and from the station and funicular to Orvieto was dangerous and horrible. A very busy road with no footpaths. The room was noisy with road and rail traffic. Fine if you have a car horrible if you are walking.

Review 42：Visiting a medieval hill town is tricky when you have a car. This hotel was what we needed. Free parking, clean, safe, walking distance into the ancient town. Great coffee bar in lobby, great free breakfast, elevator. Friendly, tourist helpful.

Review 43：This is more of a down market roadside motel in a very industrial area. The place is dusty. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. The dining room was host only to us and an old gent. with a young prostitute. Breakfast was meager, with stale cereals and rock hard bread. Terrible!

Review 45：The view from the room was nothing special: the high-speed train, motorway and a workshop with lorries etc. The air-conditioning was noisy and didn't work very well. But for the money we were paying it was fine.

Review 46：Not knowing what the situation of parking in the town of Orvieto I preferred to book a hotel outside town. It is 1 km from the motorway exit, has free parking and was the cheapest I could find. The old town was 5km from the hotel and we parked in the indoor car park opposite the funicular station for a reasonable fee. It was a short walk from there (uphill).
