Review 4：The front desk staff were very helpful. All of the front desk staff knew English. This hotel was located in a less touristy town& the staff had good English. In some of the larger centres- English was not common. I am not saying that everyone should speak English but it is a big plus. I think that my room was upgraded-great view of city.

Review 5：Friendly staff, in the centre of Enna, with a great family style restaurant downstairs. Classic Sicilian: pasta, pizza, and big salad buffet. Good value, and the best pasta we had in Sicily.

Review 20：Enna is not a 'pretty' town but the castle and Duomo are spectacular. Very limited hotel space in the old town and not very inspiring eating places.

Review 28：This is the hotel in Enna, and it feels much better than three stars. Rooms are large, bathrooms are substantial, and the hotel is well maintained. The service staff is competent and helpful without being over friendly, a problem with many hotels that cater to tourists. In fact, this hotel is primarily for business travelers, which can be a good thing.

Review 36：Communist-looking lobby. Lots of trash (papers, plastic) right around the entrance of the hotel. I was concerned for a moment where I'm staying, but the room proved to be clean and nice. Very hard to drive to it, through the narrow streets of Enna... There is a big parking lot in front of the hotel but it was completely full when we arrived (~1pm), it is shared with a school and the rest of town, I guess. It emptied by the evening, but we already parked somewhere else and didn't want to move the car anymore. First room given had a terrible smell of cigarettes, but they changed it right away, with no problem. The restaurant looked old and nobody there, we had breakfast which was decent.

Review 41：Staff were very friendly and helpful, parking the car, assisting with bags, etc. The hotel is in a central location, so easy (and best) to explore on foot. Decor was a little dated and tired-looking, but the bedrooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

Review 42：Everything is great! Staff was very nice from the gentleman in the reception to the lady that makes the breakfast and the one who cleans the room! My father was not feeling well and they even offered to call a doctor and help us with translation! We ended up staying another night given the great experience we had! It has a great infrastructure in a beautiful location close to everything (even to a school where you can see cute Italian kids rehearsing for their Christmas concert! A unique experience! ) and parking is just in front of the hotel-a miracle in sicily! Breakfast was great as well! Rooms clean and comfortable!

Review 43：The rooms perhaps were in need of re-modelling to keep up to date with the bathroom, and unfortunately there was a problem with the wi-fi being down, but I'm sure that was just a temporary problem.

Review 44：The hotel was central and parking was right outside. When we arrived we were offered two bedrooms connected and sharing a bathroom or two separate rooms with their own bathrooms. As we were a family and needed to head off the next day for the airport we were happy with the connecting rooms. They were clean and the bathroom had been recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. We could eat breakfast outside on a balcony overlooking the town as the weather was good. There was a restaurant in the hotel if you wanted an evening meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Car parking outside in piazza-just need token from reception. Only criticism was breakfast which seemed disorganised. The lady supervisor didnt supervise properly and so there was a shortage of plates, no cold milk and she made no effort to replace empty plates on the self service buffet leaving just a pile of crumbs to greet new guests!! She seemed to spend most of her time on her mobile phone!! A shame as the rest of the hotel was excellent.

Review 51：Room not particularly large. Could hear conversations from adjacent rooms but no noise during night until the city started to wake up around 7 a.m.

Review 52：We only stayed one night. The hotel is perched on a hill within walking distance of the Duomo and Castle. Good views across the town from our bedroom at the back. At about 1100 feet (we were told) it can be a bit chilly in October. Good restaurant with good views if you are not distracted by the large screen TV. Breakfast more than acceptable. Easy to park on a Sunday afternoon right outside the hotel

Review 53：WiFi was a bit unpredictable, although I was given personal assistance to connect. Very helpful. The lighting in the halls and stairwells was dim and some lights did not work at all. In the bathroom, no tub, of course, and no shelving for placing personal items. The furniture and decor is quite dated, but it has a sort of faded charm.

Review 54：Hotel has a very good restaurant on the lower level which serves a varied menu and has a pleasant, if a bit too well-lighted, dining space with a view. Rooms are pleasant with modern bathrooms and a beautiful view over the town. Staff were extremely helpful with my transportation issues, since I did not have a car. Arrangements were made to get me to Piazza Armerina and the Villa Romana Casale-- quite complicated without a car. Also, transport to the train station on Sunday (when no busses run) was arranged. Wonderful, personal service. Enna is a small town, but this hotel is well-known-- the bus driver stopped in front of the hotel for me.

Review 66：All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The parking was good we managed to get a space in the front of the hotel but we understand there is further parking on site. The room and bathroom was smallish but superb. The location to see Enna could not be bettered. Five minutes walk took us by the Duomo and the castle (where we managed to get some lovely sunset camera shots from the huge rock behind the castle.) This was one of the hotels that we were most apprehensive about driving to but we need not have worried, it was amazingly easy to reach (if your sat nav tries to take you off the cobbled street as you approach the hotel ignore it and continue up the cobbled street. The breakfast was good and the experience overall was very positive, would unreservedly recommend.

Review 67：I do really recommend this B and B as it was really perfect! Though I arrived there at 11 in the morning, he allowed me to use the room. The room was perfectly decorated and really new. I have never found any stain or any dust at any room. There are air-conditioning and TV and both of them work well. Moreover, when I went to the Valle dei tempi, the owner gave me a big bottle of cold water and it made me survive in the hot weather afected by the wind from Africa. He also gave me the map and some information about the city. I tried,to speak Itaian as I am studying but he seems able to speak English. But even if he do not speak English, his hospitality won't be lost. The breakfast was also generous with a variety of foods. When I left here, he allowed me to stay a bit longer, gave me another bottle of cold water, and saw me off at the door. In total, I would surely say that this B and B is one of the most impressive accommodations I have ever stayed. Considering the price, the service excessively excessed it.
