Review 1：The building entry and stairs are not well maintained. Look at the third floor of building to spot Luca's sign. Speaks only Italian. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the evening.
Review 2：The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Luca is organized, thorough and nice.

Review 4：We received a warm welcome and our host did everything possible to help during our stay. The bedroom and bathroom were both well appointed and the small balcony is a nice touch. It is only 10 minutes walk from the station and 5 to the centro storica. On the 3rd floor but there is a lift.
Review 5：Really well located, Luca is really nice and the lady also. They doesnt´speak english but they always try to help you and are really nice! The room was really clean, with a balcony, air cond and private bathroom which they clean everyday.
Review 6：Not a good key system, actually we felt it was weird not having a key. Breakfast is nothing much, but not less than informed upon arrival. No English speaking staff, but google translate helped us out.
Review 7：Very good value. Big spacious rooms. Clean. Good Wi-Fi. Central. Diamanté itself is really worth a visit. Great art and murals. Mr. Luca also showed us one of the best restaurants we've had on our trip.

Review 9：Luca was a delightful man who was very eager to please - and he did! We arrived earlier than anticipated but this was no problem to him. Our room was big and airy and very comfortable. He let us use the printer for boarding cards and email home also the cooker four filling flask with our own coffee. His dad, Mario was also very charming and he took us for a coffee when we bumped into him in town.
Review 10：The staff was very helpful and friendly. we really couldn't of asked for anything more. Great value. I would recommend this B&B to family and friends with out hesitation. This will be where we stay next time we are in Diamante! Hope to see you soon Luca!
Review 11：In an ugly condominium and quite hard to find as not signposted. The owner sleeps about 2 meters from the room and watches tv all night at quite a high volume. The buzzer goes at all hours as people return to their rooms as individual keys are not provided. Worst breakfast. The cappuccino was made from powder, not authentic and the milk was cold.

It's a BB, located on the third floor of a very careless (with elevator) building that rents rooms.The noise of trains near accommodation throughout is heard and smokes in the reduced common room where is situated the reception and dining room/kitchen.It cost a bit to find it, only sees a not very big sign on the facade of the community building that has nothing to do with the pretty photo of the lantern that appears on the web that leads to deception.If you hire should know that conditions are fairly basic and hardly justify its cost.
