Review 1：As regular visitors to this motel we are very well looked after each time and it is no effort by the owners, managers oe other staff to accommodate us.
Review 2：Driving S on David st it was easy to miss the motel because the sign is obscured by a large leafy tree. Lacks wifi but the pub next door provided it for free

Review 11：We were a late arrival. The manager called to advise arrangements and was 'most' accommodating. Thank you. We got there midnight. The next day, we were allowed to leave as late as possible. We had a wedding to go to. Not once were we asked to leave and we left quite late. We had locals come and visit us and they felt very comfortable, I thought. I wanted to ring and thank your facility anyway so here is my thank you. The room was of an excellent size and the price for the location excellent. Only thing missing was wifi... not a big deal but very rare not to have it.
Review 12：Location was fantastic to the city centre and facilities such as restaurants, movies, pubs, clubs. The staff were so friendly, the pool exceptionally clean (needs a bit of a facelift though). Value for money in room fees was excellent.
Review 13：The location meant that we could walk to our venue. Although it was on a main street, next to a pub with a big event going on, we were not disturbed by noise.

Review 18：This place needs a total renovation. The chipboard joinery was all warped and water damaged with the laminate broken off - this was not in the bathroom but in dry areas. The cupboard was missing a hinge. Everything was really sad and neglected. I hate to think how old the mattresses were. Very poor compared to other accommodation we have paid same price or less for.

Review 22：I pacifically look for good location and Wi Fi facilities. Advertised on website that there is WI Fi. This is false information as there is NO Wi Fi facilities available. The TV did not work and then replaced with another TV and that did not work then re-programmed the TV to fixed the problem. The electric blankets did not work properly.

Review 26：Totally inadequate heating. The heat pump in room was not able to heat the far end of the room where the couch was located. Bedding was of poor quality using synthetic blankets. No electric blankets resulted in an extremely cold night with difficulty in getting a decent sleep. We had to resort to placing our own travel rug and coats on the bed to try and get warm. (Every other motel we stayed at in the region featured electric blankets.) The bathroom was the coldest we have ever experienced with no heating of any kind. In addition there was no Wi Fi which is a major deficiency when compared with virtually all other motels. The carpet also was dirty.

On inspection the air con filter had not been cleaned in a long time which coupled with the mould & broken shower screen was pretty typical of this vastly overrated establishment!
Review 38：The heating in room so inadequate was very noisy and we had it on for two hours and we still had blankets around us just to watch TV. We had to ask for another blanket as there was only one extra in the room and each bed only had one blanket even though it was sub zero outside. Very disappointing.

Review 79：The bathroom fan was caked in dust and the bricks walls were covered in cobwebs and a build up of dust. The air conditioner over the the door had NO filter cover into the room, sounded like a 747 taking off and outside the door the reason for its inefficiency became clear...the pipe which is meant to take the water produced during the cooling process was disconnected covered in slime and pouring out water right onto the doorstep of the room. Have the owners thought about legionnaires disease ? Don't want to ruin your business but you really need to spend some money on essentials. This could be a good motel.

Review 105：Although we booked a room with twin queen beds paying extra, we thought with two kids 2 & 6 this room will accommodate the four of us, as ti was mentioned maximum 4 guests. But when we arrived we were asked to pay $15 for each kid, which was unfair.No microwave in room.
Review 106：Only a small criticism which doesn't reflect on the owners or the staff, but our first night there our neighbours were sitting outside their room drinking till after midnight which Was annoying. Other than that, maybe could have had Austar or Foxtel on tv as the normal channels werent working for me lol there were little stains on the carpet but again nothing to complain about as the room was always kept very clean and tidy and was cheap for the 4 nights we were there. The room we had was right in front of a bush so it was kind of hidden from the open which is a good thing but then we couldn't park right outside our room but was no biggie at all.
Review 107：The staff who i dealt with from the beginning to the end were very very friendly and welcoming including the house keepers, made you feel very comfortable staying there. I think it was the owner and his wife that I saw, they are really lovely, smooth check in and out. The aircon was a god send during the warm days of our visit, location was excellent, our room was small but nice and clean and tidy, there were also chairs and little ashtrays outside which i helped myself to as im a smoker and thought it was convenient to have them right outside my room :) so all in all I got my money's worth as it was nice and cheap for 4nights, would stay here again no doubt!! Thank you to the staff there, and will see u again in the future.

Review 120：Unfortunately being in such close vicinity to the hotel next door we had to endure the loud noise that transpired in the motel carpark by motel guests until approx. 1.30-2.00a.m. at no stage did it seem that these people were advised to keep the noise level down, I can only assume that the majority of guests trying to get some sleep after driving long distances to get to Albury in the 1st instance and potentially needing to get back on the road at a reasonable hour like ourselves to drive yet another long distance would not have been any more impressed than we were.

TV didn't work and I told the staff and she told me you have to wiggle the cable at back of TV to make it work. Customers she not have to wiggle cables at back, dangerous!
