Surrounded by carob trees and olive groves, this renovated 19th-century stone farmhouse offers elegant rooms with a furnished patio. Composed of 2 buildings, the historic family-run Zannafondo is set between Ragusa and Marina di Ragusa.

Review 2：This lovely rural accommodation has paid real attention to comfort. The room was lovely, just as is described in the information and photos. It has the best shower in Sicily! The breakfast was delicious with many yummy choices. The owners were really friendly. This place is well worth making the effort to stay at if you want peace and quiet and a taste of rural Sicily. A car is a good idea if you stay here.
Review 3：wi-fi's signal, albeit available for free, was a bit "hit and miss", even in the main hall. Not a big problem though!

Review 5：We loved our stay at the Tenuta Zannafondo. The property is completely surrounded by olive trees. The rooms are nice, comfortable and spacious. They also have a private patio, where you can relax after a long day out. A wide selection of gorgeous home made cakes and biscuits are served for breakfast every morning in the main house. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, suggesting places to visit near by. We wished that we could have only stayed a bit longer.
Review 6：The place is perfect for those who want to unwind away from a hustle and bustle of a city life - the property is literally in the middle of the olive grove. The owners are wonderful and serve the most delicious breakfasts. There is also a cat, she may visit you in the morning to have a short nap with you if you make her feel welcome. We would definitely recommend the place.
Review 7：We had planned not to hire a car but it is too rural, so a car is essential, and we ended up hiring a car on the second day (taxis to and from e.g. Ragusa are E30 each way).
Review 8：Set in the olive groves in the rural Ragusa region, it's very quiet and relaxing. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, including collecting us from the airport, and giving us a light meal following a late flight arrival (although language was a slight barrier). The breakfast of both cakes and fruit/yoghurt was delightful. And the room was it's own stone 'lodge' with patio and table and chairs. We used the complimentary bikes on one of our four days.
Review 9：The Tenuta is located in the stunning countryside with a view to the sea far south. The property is beautiful, tasteful and well-kept and the couple who runs it is very sweet and helpful. We borrowed bikes one day, free of charge.

Review 11：During our round trip in Sicily, that was one of the best B&Bs where we stayed. We stayed in one of the houses next to the main house, and room was new, clean, spacious and very quiet. Great wonderful helpful and smiley staff, they served homemade cakes in a very nice outdoor area. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to escape cities and enjoy the real sicilian countryside!

Review 24：The accommodations at Tenuta Zannafondo were better than expected -- simple, clean, neatly appointed rooms in a beautifully restored rural farmhouse property. Although we would not have found it without our GPS, we were delighted once we had arrived and relished the surroundings, including the cows, capers, and carob trees. The family that owns the property lives there with their children, and the wife makes a delicious spread of breakfast cakes for the morning.

Review 30：The owners were incredible. Elio and Ivana were perfect hosts. I loved the rooms, the meals were homemade by Ivana and very very good. Every guest/s has their own space with veranda overlooking the olive groves. Close to Ragusa and Modica and the sea.

There's nowi-fi in annex rooms, but it lets you enjoy nature and do not worryabout work :)) Also owners hardly speak english (but they try hard tohelp you with any question),so it's useful to learn some basicitalian phrases.

Rooms (actually we stayed in little house, not room) arespacious, have very nice patio, tea/coffee maker, minibar,toiletries ect. Me and my husband loved it! Also I highly recommend toeat dinner in there - it's hard to find better quality for thisprice. And owners of agriturismo are very welcoming and nice people, whowill try to make your stay memorable. Ragusa, Modica, Marina di Ragusa(beach) are reachable within 15 minutes by car.
