Review 1：Bedroom was to small and next to noisy stairs.we could hear people coming and going until late at night. Door lock was broken. Poor wifi and mobile phone reception

Review 3：Beautiful and modern accomodation over looking the beach. Very accomodating and friendly staff. A small town so walking distance to shops and beach. Only a 10min drive to tourist attractions on the great ocean road and a 1 hour drive to Warrnambool if you are looking for a day trip!

Review 7：The room was overall good but I'd like to highlight a couple of issues we had. First, WIFI doesnt work. So, "unlimited wifi" is defintely an overstatement. Second, the sofa bed doesnt work. We were a group of 5 and had a 2 bedroom with a sofa bed, which could not be used. It might be specifically our room (room 12) but be aware of this. Lastly, we had an issue with our parking spot but that was fixed by the manager.
Review 8：Needs a more attentive clean, it seems as if only the bed, floor and toilet/sink had been cleaned, there was bird poo all over the mesh screen and into the handle for the window which had been left open, the build up was so much that it had to of been there a while. There were cobwebs all over the appartment and the moment we got in we had to remove four large spiders ourselves from around the place, also very dusty all tabletops and surfaces had built up dust on which was not good when two of our party were asthmatic. All points which can be rectified quick and easy with just a little more attention at each clean. When you pay $320 for one nights accommodation you don't expect to do the cleaning yourself.

Review 11：The beach area just right in front of the accommodation. The location was v close to key attractions. Staff was v friendly n accommodating. We cancelled the second night stay on the morning as it was too cold during summer for my mum and the staff gladly allowed it for free.
Review 12：The aircon was leaking water but was working perfectly and the sofa bed was slightly broken from one end but was still was very comfortable and didn't have any problem while sleeping..
Review 13：Location was excellent...the villa was neat and clean and was excellent value for money...we took the a one bedroom apartment villa with the bayside view...the scenic beauty was absolutely stunning...very relaxing and all the necessary basic cooking items was avalaible... the bed was very comfortable and overall the villa was in excellent condition....the sofa bed was comfortable and 2 person can sleep on that easily...
Review 14：The bedroom was stuffy as it had no ceiling fan or a/c. There is a large opaque window between the bathroom & room with no window furnishing. Anyone turning on the bathroom light at night, instantly flooded the bedroom with light making it as bright as day! The fold out sofa bed was broken on one side, and was very hard and uncomfortable for the kids. As a 'family room' there was only 1 sofa to sit and watch tv, or simply sit inside if cold/windy outside.

Review 17：We enjoyed a lot all aspects of our staying at Sea Foam Villas. The room is very comfortable and complete. You can go with friends because there is a separate room. Besides that, the view is amazing, in front of the sea. The restaurants near by offer good food.

Review 20：The design of the toilet and rooms is weird. We were a party of four, and had a one bedroom + 1 sofa bed. Sofa bed was in the living room, the toilet was connecting the room and living room, and can only be locked from inside the room. So it was super inconvenient, not to mention scary when you're using the toilet, afraid someone in the room might barge in on you. Oh, and sleeping on the sofa bed after a whole day drive on the great ocean road is not something you would look forward too either.
Review 21：Location is good, close to the 12 apostles and london bridge. Staff is good, left the keys for us even though we 'checked in' way past their closing time.

Review 23：Stayed for 1 night whilst travelling the Great Ocean Road. We had a two bedroomed apartment both with ensuites. Very spacious and overlooked the beach. Perfect location.
Review 24：Spa was too small. Bedroom was located at the rear of the villa so a lot of car park noise kept us awake. There's a frosted glass window between the bedroom and bathroom, so turning on the bathroom light during the night wakes the person sleeping in the bedroom.

Review 27：A great stop over for visiting the 12 apostles. It's a little pricey for our purpose, since we were looking for a place to just stay the night. But the 2-beedroom was huge, and parking was not an issue - although, space in general is not an issue in Port Campbell. We arrived after reception has closed but the note left for us was self-explanatory.

Review 29：The location was amazing - a short walk from the beach and lots of café's nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Review 30：1 Garage space per two apartments. Whoever gets there first. Metal staircase outside bedroom, makes a hell of a racket when the guests next door go in and out. And there's a light as bright as the sun outside the bedroom which is for a shared corridor between apartments, and the blinds barely block out the light. There is a switch to turn it off, but your neighbours may choose to leave it on.
Review 31：Great location. The town is so tiny you cant go wrong picking accomodation, they are all right in the centre of town. cable TV. Kitchenette. Opposite the pub.
Review 32：The property was not very clean. There was mould and rust in the shower. The bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. It was noisy. The photos are very deceiving. Disappointing for what we paid.

Review 36：A few annoyances: parking is a little tight, we were in the rear building and had to walk through a dark garage and carry our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs to the apartment, there are 2 heaters in the front room but none in the bedroom or bathroom, the towel rail is directly above the toilet.

I double couch, I coffee table, I dining table and 2 chairs. No lamps, no occasional chair no books no magazines no decorative bowls, 1 piece of small wall art. The room looked cold, poor quality and empty.Vertical blinds are ugly and went out in the 90's.The porous flooring needs a good clean. The bedroom was the only space that felt OK. The $240.00 a night did not give us much at all.
Review 93：The location of Sea Foam, true to it's name is in a perfect location, the front villas overlook the ocean. We did have a front villa and that was the best part of the stay.
Review 94：The apartments need refurbishment, over Chinese New Year it was incredibly noisy as sound travels in this complex. The apartments didn't get properly cleaned each day. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay.

Review 97：Split level villa was essentially a 2 bedroom town house with an ensuite bedroom on each floor. Kitchen & patio on ground floor and kitchenette and balcony on upper floor. This gave privacy and indepence. Private parking below the villa. In centre of town right by the beach.

Review 126：The balcony off our apartment was nice. Having covered parking was good. The apartment was comfortable and adequate.
Review 127：The check out time is at 10am instead of normal 12noon. It confused us as most places we booked or rented check out at 12noon instead of 10am. It will be good if we were being told at check in time.

Review 129：Booked a room here because of secure off-street parking. Had expensive bikes on rack behind car. On arrival was informed that car parking facilities were unavailable and that only option was to park on the street. Also, collapsed base on sofa bed was propped up by a folded up blanket. Had to put mattress on floor for comfort. There was only one old, used kitchen sponge for washing of dishes etc.

Review 134：Situated next to the bay, the villa is ideally placed for getting to the beach and back in no time. Private car parking is fantastic, especially in peak season. A great place to stay any time of year.
Review 135：The toilet is attached to the bedroom. There are 4 of us and when using the toilet, we either tell the other family member to remain in their room or stay in the living area.
Review 136：The location and the space of the apartment. The Kitchen facilities is excellent, we were able to save some money cooking our own dinner and breakfast.
