Review 1：There was no door in the shower , which can be a problem if you are few people in the room .

Review 2：Great place, we booked a room for 4 , 2 adults 2 kids, the room was new and modern , spacious with a wall separating between the parents beds and the kids. Helpful and very nice stuff , we arrived late in the evening , they waited for us with dinner. 3 course dinner was excellent , especially the gnocchi and the fish dishes. The kids liked the place and of course the all Fassa area.

Review 3：The room, probably because of it being completely new, wasn't completed in certain parts. The room felt pretty empty and the worst thing; the shower was completely exposed - The shower had no curtain, it was nor being in a separate room, it was just out there (Water came out and into the room, generally embarrassing).

Review 4：The Hotel is generally great, the location is perfect - Really close to the town square but also in a more quiet location. The staff are wonderful, really helpful all the time, taking care of you and your needs. The Hotel has plenty of parking space outside and the breakfast is splendid! The breakfast has lots of variety (In the Italian Standard), you won't come out hungry. My room, unlike others (According to the staff) was a brand new room, in the Hotel's new department - It was great, besides one bad experience with it (Refer to the bad side review).

Review 9：The hotel is very nice. It is directly on the ski run. The family roomwas comfortable and the bath was big and clean. Good breakfast, dinnersophisticated. Great value for the money!

Review 10：Food was a bit disappointing. Meduim portions but 3 courses so still filling. I found the food edible but not sensational. The mattress in the bed was a bit hard and old, not very comfy. There was no douvet cover, only had a sheet under it, not very hygienic.

Review 11：The friendliness of staff was superb, special thanks to Fausto and Sabrine (reception and bar staff) always smiling and helpful. Liftpasses bought at hotel. Free pariking, very good location for many skiareas. Hotel was clean and warm with an excellent sauna (very hot). Indoor storage for skis too. In all excellent value for money.
