Review 2：The location and view was amazing!! It was quiet and relaxing. The staff were wonderful from the time of booking to checkout!
Review 3：The site position with its view of the ocean is great. The quietness and privacy (with the kangaroos gathering on the grass in front of our unit in the morning) made for a perfect stay.
Review 4：This property caters for families so if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to unwind and reconnect as a couple this is not the place for you. Screaming children at 6am and crying babies at midnight seem to be the demographic

Review 6：No bad experience, I had just thought that the villas were a little more spacious, however did not feel at all cramped. Walls were surprisingly thin between rooms. One towel per guest for entire stay was probably not enough however we were able to wash them in the laundry.

Coin laundry for shared use was great. Loved the self contained kitchenette. Outdoor bbq areas really nice. Did not feel rushed out the door for check out.

Review 10：My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night in November 2015. This was one of our stopping points on our 7 day, 135 km cape to cape walk. Chandlers Smiths Beach Villas is about 200 meters off the trail. The Villas are on a hillside with beautiful views over the ocean. Even though we arrived after the office was closed, our name with room number was posted and the key was in the door. A highlight for us was sitting on the veranda watching the sun set in the distance and the kangaroos eating on the lawn right in front of us
Review 11：The balcony, the view of Smiths Beach, the bed was really good, the cleanliness and the large fridge. The decor was totally appropriate for the location. We loved the birds frequenting our balcony and the kangaroos grazing right in front of us at dusk.

Review 13：My sister on holiday from the UK was with us. She had the main bedroom and loved waking up to the wonderful views. No meals eaten inside - all enjoyed on the balcony. Loved watching the blue wrens and kangaroos.

Review 16：there were 4 of us 2 couples so one room had a queen bed the other room bunk beds. A bit of a shame we couldn't make into another double room instead of having to sleep in a bunk bed.
Review 17：Close to the beach with beautiful views. The villa was equipped with everything needed. 10 mins out of Dunsborough and easy driving distance to winery's and restaurants or walk to the beach and Lamonts. So peaceful.

Review 20：The location is perfect, very central and close to everything. Never mind the beautiful view of the beach from every balcony and the short walk down to the beach. The staff were very accommodating as we needed to check in late, they left the key in the door of our Villa for us and allowed us to complete our check in the next morning... If you need to check in late I definitely recommend giving them a call so they can leave a key for you as the office closes quite early.

Review 31：The view of the beach and surrounds of this place are amazing!! The villas are lovely simple clean and the long balcony for sitting outside it gorgeous! The lovely lawns in front of each row of villas is perfect for families and for kids to run around.

Review 34：The pillows were very lumpy and hard and they need replacing as it made sleeping uncomfortable. Small things like sharpening the kitchen knives would make the stay a little bit more enjoyable.

Review 45：Quiet place, even with family with small children next door. Villa had fantastic view of Smiths Beach. We could see how many surfers were out in the water. Kangaroos ran through grasses in the evening. Reception staff friendly and very very helpful.
Review 46：The bed wasn't very comfortable, so we slept in the two singles on the last night there. The couch also wasn't very nice to sit on, it wouldn't have been a problem but we wanted to enjoy the view most afternoons from the lounge.

Review 49：Amazing view and beautiful grounds. The chalets were cosy and it wasnt far to travel to different places for food or sight seeing. Definitely a place I would go again and with other friends and there families we even had kangaroos sitting right in from of our chalet.
Review 50：I did find a spider in the villa- when I tried to spray it the fly spray bottle wouldn't work! But that's easily fixed and of no fault of the staff or villa. These things happen. Maybe just some new fly spray bottles :)
Review 51：Our stay at Chandlers was short but amazing. It was better then I expected for the price. $330 for 2 weekend nights is very cheap for down south- so I didn't expect it to be as amazing as it was. The view is beautiful and we loved watching the Kangaroos early in the morning from our bed. It felt very private and the staff were not on top of you like some other places. It is nice to be left alone and to have space when on holidays.

Excellent value for money, big balcony with lots of furniture. We sat out most nights and watched the kangaroos and kuckaburro play on the lawn Infront of us. Really beautiful spot!

Review 71：It is looking a little aged but that is the worst of it - everything still functions well. And it is a fair way out of town but then the Margaret River area is spread out over 90km so it depends on what you want to do. We wanted to go everywhere so it was perfect for us. Sadly the wifi was down so we didn't get to use that but otherwise a great venue.

Review 75：We did not find the accommodation comfortable because there was only one 2 seater sofa between the 4 of us. So it was not great for sitting around reading or watching tv etc. This is particularly an issue when the weather is windy/cool and it is not possible to be outside on the verandah or swimming at the beach. Also, the resort is more remote than I anticipated and there really wasn't that much choice for meals locally.

Review 77：The beds themselves were all very hard, too hard! It was extremely difficult to get comfortable on the beds and it wasn't possible to sleep on the couch too as it was just a 2 seater couch! In the end it was softer to line all the couch cushions and chair cushions and sleep on the floor than on the bed itself!

Review 79：Coffee and tea facilities were a little light on. The bedrooms of each villa butt up against each other and noise does transfer between villas. There is a lack of ventilation with doors closed once the gas heater is on.

Review 82：Each stay has a private balcony, all facing ocean views and overlooking beautiful lawns where the kids can play. Located further up the hill away from the bulk of people and traffic, close enough to walk to the beach but far enough that the waves and weather wouldn't be so rough if a front came through (*Winter stay). Simple but tidy and well styled self-contained accommodation, lots of information, vouchers and even fresh flowers on the table upon arrival. Slept so well, comfortable beds!
