Review 1：Bathroom was very large which was nice BUT the shower was very small and the door only could be opened halfway which made it difficult for a large person to easily get into shower stall. Considering the size of the bathroom, a larger shower could easily be installed which would make it easy to clean. ALSO, there was a lot of mold in shower probably because it couldn't be cleaned properly.

Review 2：Perfect location for an overnight stop, just off the main road. Large, warm apartment. Breakfast included in price, typical Italian breakfast.

Review 3：The entire building and our room specifically had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke! :-( it was terrible. The table in the living room had cigarette burns on it. The gas oven had broken buttons. There was no lighter so we went to the receptionist and he was kind to give us his own. The sign in the kitchen said that additional 20 euro fee will be charged for using the kitchen. We ordered the entire apt so we went to the receptionist, and he checked and said that in our case it is included. The receptionist should have told it to us when he handed over the apt.

Review 4：The receptionist was nice. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy (not only cakes or pastries but also cheese and eggs).

Review 5：For breakfast I didn't find cakes dairy free, only ham and meat for me but the rest of my group enjoyed a lot the big table breakfast full of food.

Review 7：A little bit out of the way if you aren't driving - very poor local transport even in to Grosseto (7k away). No balcony furniture. No plugs in sinks!

Review 10：The hotel is far from downtown, poor soundproofing, but a disappointment, especially breakfast: pizza yesterday's dry, stale croissants and coffee terrible. It was the worst breakfast for all of our 12-day stay in Italy (when the time came after breakfast, we were asked to leave the restaurant without finishing breakfast).

Review 32：Really good self catering (optional) hotel, with an excellent restaurant attached. The staff were friendly and helpful. The option of self catering plus the restaurant is very attractive in an interesting region of Italy.

Review 33：I received a huge huge apartment, very quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine. Impossible to do better at this price level and I would recommend the hotel if you are in the area.

Review 34：Would be helpfull to offer a package with matches, and usable tools for washing-up. WiFi connection is perfect, only after a period of not using your Phone connection is lost and you need to retype the password. Might be a problem of the Phone... ?!

Review 35：Very good hotel for planning daytrips in the area (Rome, Florence, Siena, Montepultiano, etc.) Large room which are in fact two rooms, one for sleeping and one for living / cooking. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Soft good quality bed. Hotel is located in an silent and peacefull area. Breakfast is perfect. Different cakes, bread, fruits, juice, muffins, yogurt, muesli and much more to choose from.

Review 36：Public transport to the city centre is inadequate and also the distance from the city centre, if you have work. Very good for leisure traveller, but not so for a business traveller.

Review 38：Staff was amazing even though they only spoke a little english they were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant downstairs was very good and the room was clean and very comfortable. The two of us each had 3 pillows!
