Review 1：I am in a wheelchair and the fire alarm went off at 11pm while I was staying on the 7th floor. I was very disappointed no hotel staff came to see if I was ok and I had to make my own way down 7 flights of stairs.

Review 2：We got a very good price for a room. While not in the city centre, it is very handy to the Metro

Review 3：The staff from the night when we checked-in barely spoke English, it took us 30 minutes to get a bill and the keys. There was a fire alarm and in our room it didn't work, we were lucky our friends were next door and they woke us up. When I complained to the reception, the manager was very disrespectful and claimed that it was supposed to happen like that, because the fire alarm was in a different area. When my boyfriend complained too, she said that the alarm in our room was actually broken. I heard people complaining that it was not the first time when it had been a fire alarm during this week. I don't recommend it at all.

Location is great, you need 5 minutes to get to the metro station on U1 central line. Billa shop opposite the hotel, from where you can buy things you may need. The night porter and the cleaning staff hardly spoke any German and only little English.

Review 59：We were 4 women and 5 children on a tennis tour in Vienna. We arrived to the hotel early in the morning. We had 3 rooms booked at this hotel and 1 room booked at Hilton. As we wished to stay all the company together we asked at the reception to book one more room at this hotel (instead of Hilton). We were told that it was impossible as the hotel was overbooked. Strait from the reception lobby we successfully booked a room at this hotel from booking.com. The receptionist had to check us in. A few words about the hotel itself and it's services. The building, the rooms, the corridors are in poor condition, though the hotel is very clean. Another sad moment was the breakfast. It was the same every day. The egg dish had a strange taste and our children were hardly eating it. We had a big problem taking a good portion of morning coffee: there were 2 coffee machines - normal/bio. Most of the people preferred the normal so every morning there was a big line of people with 2-3 cups trying to get their drops of coffee (every time the machine was giving max 10ml). The overall impression of the hotel is medium. The stuff was not friendly except the barman and the general manager who saw us off the last day. I would hardly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vienna.

Review 61：No a/c and on such a busy street the trucks kept me awake because the windows had to be open. No laundry facility, and showers didn't have the little bottles of soaps and shampoos that you expect, even in Europe. The towels were cheap and thin, you need at least two every day
