Fulvia, our charming host, has sent us very good directions about the parking, etc. Our room was very comfortable and decorated with a lot of bright colors and family pieces. Breakfast included a number of homemade dishes and had lots of choices.

Review 12：Everything about this B&B is excellent. Our room was large and comfortable, private bathroom with great water pressure. The breakfasts were outstanding - best I had my entire trip! Fulvia is a wealth of knowledge of the area.

Review 14：The host is quite an exceptional lady who really cares about her clients. She is always available. The room is just lovely and comfortable. Everthing that someone may need is available. The breakfast is amazingly good and plentiful with typical Italian food. It is situated right at the entrance of the city where all the action takes place. There are excellent restaurant and shoppings right at the door steps. We went to the beach wich is a 20 minutes drive.
Review 15：Everything was great, really! The facilities are new, clean, beautiful, well arranged for the best comfort of the guests and it makes you feel really at home. You can see that everything (decoration, facilities) was planned with attention and caring, since the colors of the room till the airco and the good windows to isolate the noise from the street - which provided us the best nights of sleep in 2 weeks traveling in Italy! Besides the great quality of the facilities, Fulvia, the owner, is a fantastic lady: she likes what she does and she does everything with love: the pasteries for breakfast are freshly baked by herself are fantastic and really make you feel welcome at her B&B, she's really dedicated to her guests and a "veramente mama italiana!". Thank you for such nice stay!!

TheB&B is in the center of the city , there is no parking but you canpark in a parking very close to the hotel for 0.60€ per hour(night isfree of charge).extremely kind and helpful , very friendly , we had verygood breakfast with her , and she bakes lovely cookies :) , she made ofus an excellent cappucino and proposed even proposd an other one. Iwould recommand this place to anyone going to Grosseto or near by.

Room was nice, tidy and clean with own bathroom and breakdast was rich for any taste. Host spoke English and was very helpful with advice for going around. Have to admit we felt really like at home!! Review 30：It's located in the 'old town' which is a small old walledcity, within the larger city. The pace is slow, relaxed and there'sa village feel within the walls. I don't think there are a lot ofenglish speaking tourists, and yet we had no trouble communicating withonly basic italian. Fuvia, the owner, is lovely and speaks perfectenglish, although she is happy to give italian lessons! A lovelystopover on the way from Tuscany to Rome.
