Review 1：- hotel well located near the station (one straight road off the A1 motorway, so easy to find) - no incoming noise thanks to 2 rows of windows -friendly and correct staff -very spacious rooms with all amenities + garage (just round the corner) - only € 70 for a double room (we got even a family room for that price) inclusive of a very good breakfast. We will certainly go back there!

Review 6：- It is really “inside” the Grosseto station. Very handful if you need to get quick to you accommodation in the middle of the night, like we did (2AM). - Stuff working there are amazing (especially Dario). They helped us with everything (including to solve the problem with our mobile (credits), since we don’t speak Italian and Vodafone doesn’t have the menu in English, only Italian). - Hotel is clean, organized, and affordable. The room was big with firm mattress. I strongly recommend to stay there.

Review 8：I stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop over. The hotel was conveniently located near the rail station and was a less noisy location than I had anticipated. I liked the staff and the hotel was very clean and the breakfast appealing. Although there only one night I thought it was good value for money.

Review 10：Walked out train station door, there it was in plain sight. 80 yards to their front door. Hard to believe we couldn't hear train noise 3 nights there. Kabob restaurant next door. Double room was really large. 4 mt wide, 9 mt long. American queen bed and a double bed. Still felt really large. Excellent modern windows kept it really quiet all night. Self serve breakfast was really good. Desk staff very good. Helped a lot by Francesco. Only 10 min walk to historic centro walking zone. Wifi has router on each floor, and it worked well in our 4th floor 402 room. 6m speed. There is a local bus stop 30 yards away

Review 11：The shower head was not suitable for a small kid's use and it's floor was slippery. The centro restaurants area took a long walk from the hotel although it was very worth while - we had a brilliant recommendation from the stuff.

Review 36：Grosstto is a great base to explore the area and this hotel is in a great position to do so, especially if using public transport. Don't be put off by the fact it is near the rail and bus station as the hotel is very quiet. The walk into the centre of town is a slow ten minutes. Staff are very efficient and friendly and will try to help with any questions guests have. Reception is open 24hrs. The rooms are large and there is a tv with English channels and good air conditioning. The hotel is immaculate. Basic toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom and the shower is good. The buffet breakfast is fine with hot drinks brought to you. Would choose this hotel again if staying in Grosseto.

Review 40：As quiet as the other reviews say! Our first stop in Italy straight out of the train station - you can't miss it! Very nice decor in reception - art deco feel. Massive room. A perfect start to the hols. Although Grosseto is 'ordinary', it does have an old area which is easy to walk to, and because it's not a massive tourist site, the food was excellent and good value. We also found a local wine bar (opposite Avis car hire) that did delicious (and substantial) nibbles with a glass of wine for extremely good value.

The staff immediately made us feel like old friends, and really took care of us, providing those little touches that really make you relax and feel special. Both had a tiny balcony only big enough forone person to stand in but brought good natural light. Excellentblackout blinds for good sleep. Mini fridge with softdrinks/beer/juice (chargeable) and each room had a table,dresser, wardrobe, bin, small tabletop flat screen tv etc. Perfectlyspacious for the number of occupants. WiFi connection was a little poorin rooms/foyer but this was experienced in all the hotels we stayedin during our travels across Italy. A quiet and well run hotel that wasperfectly comfortable, really pleased.

Review 49：Being a woman travelling on her own and using the bus and train systemin Italy, this hotel was great. I took a direct bus from Florence rightto the hotel. The hotel is located at the main bus/train station inGrosseto. I came to the area to see the sites of Maremma. I could walkout the door of the hotel and take a bus to Castiglione Della Pescaia,Albarese(to go to the nature reserve as well as to Marina di Albarese-aneasy connection in Albarese), Grosseto di Marina, Follonica etc. Theseaside is only a 15 minute bus ride away. Also, there are greatarchaeological sites in the area too (Roselle) although, not easy toaccess by public bus. Despite being at the main station, the hotel wasquiet. The staff were polite and friendly. In particular, the youngwoman that works at the front desk was excellent. She printed off busschedules for me and also gave me a free bus day pass that another guesthad left with her. The women that work in the morning during the freebreakfast were also very attentive, asking to make your choice ofcoffees as soon as you entered the breakfast area. They were polite andgracious. Good value and good location.
