Review 1：Fantastic nature and panorama view. Very quite and romantic site surronded by olive trees with Toscana pinetree. Located close to Firenze (Florence), Pisa and other interesting historical sites.
Review 2：Great location, just 35 minutes from Pisa airport and with many major Tuscan towns and cities less than 1hour away. Montemari is set in beautiful countryside with fabulous views across the hills
Review 3：At night when all the flats are occupied can get quite noise. The property is advertised through different websites with rates that vary considerably.
Review 4：The location is amazing - we enjoyed to be sourranded by nature. The view from the house in stunning. We enjoyed the swimming pool and we loved that not many people were around when we were there. Both Colleoli and Palaia have great restaurants and local wines. Also perfectly located to get to Volterra, Pisa, San Giminiano in 45min drive.
Review 5：Don't forget to bring bug spray. I would have liked to know more about the accomodation history of area perhaps a handbook with information e.g. store, restaurants, local town. We had to buy everything including dish wash, sponges, hand soap,shower gel. I feel the property could be a lot better with some fresh new furnishings and and a really good clean.

Review 8：Excellent property, location very nice, landlord very cooperative and kind, the house is excellent and provided with all facilities. Very quiet and lovely view. I will definitely stay again and for longer periods.

Review 10：great location on top of a hill with 40km views (about 15min to the motorway Florence-Pisa and about 7min to the next supermarket in Forcoli). nice big pool (15m x 7m) which is very well maintained and clean. spacious apartments fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Linen and towels are provided by the host and included in the rental price since 2015 (but will not be changed during the stay). Table Tennis and soccer kicker table are available. Small Children's playground available. Plenty of parking space. Many nice restaurants which 5-10min drive. The whole premise is very well maintained. Some arts sculptures placed in the large garden. Various roofed seating areas in the garden for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Large Barbecue facility available.
Review 11：Montemari, is a good location on top of the hills with great views. you will need to drive to reach there. very quite and away from the city noise. Livorno city and port is 30minutes .
