Review 1：Noise tends to travel too readily.
Review 2：Very nice, helpful staff. Our room proved noisy (close to the elevator). They moved us to their other hotel (Victoria).
Review 3：The air conditioner in our room (230) did not function well and we could not sleep well due to the heat. Also we could have appreciated to have an extra pillow in the room.....otherwise all was very good.

Review 15：Upon our arrival we were greeted by helpful pleasant Manager at Reception. Very clean, neat room with lovely balcony overlooking city. Were recommended a restaurant close by for a late dinner which was superb. Breakfast had a very good selection. Would recommend this hotel. Rose - Australia
Review 16：No fault of the hotel itself but Italy seems to be a mass of semi started building sights & balthough we had a balbony this is what we looked out on. Not a problem for us but may be to others. Also there is no air con ... again we didnt need it but may be something other travellers may want. Would have been helpful if hotel staff had access to bus timetables since the only timetables we could find were at either at the convent or town centre & bus companies website wasn't any help.
Review 17：All we wanted was somewhere to sleep, have breakfast & wash. We were very happy with the rooms, cleanliness etc. Breakfast is the usual continental fare but a very good range of choice. The staff were helpful but I speak a bit of Italian so this probably helped. Hotel is about 15 minute walk from Padre Pio convent but you need to be reasonably fit since there are some steepish paths. The bus stop is at the end of the road with a bar very close to wait in.

Review 19：The hotel was easy to find and the front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was quite good as well. Both the room and bathroom were very spacious. Easy walk to the sister hotel where there is a large pool and playground for children. Walking distance to Padre Pio's shrine and churches, although uphill 15 minutes there.

Review 42：Excellent, friendly and welcoming service from the moment we arrived ... even as far as organising parking and an electricity connection for our campervan to run the fridge while we were staying in the hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfasts adequate and included barista coffee. Dinner was excellent. The location is very good and an easy walk to the churches as well as to the old town and various cafes and restaurants. A very pleasant stay and great value for money.
