Review 1：they shut down the hotel at 22:00, after that time all the staff goes away. we wanted an extra blanket at 21:45, staff said "ok let me check" after 15 mins she locked the doors and left the hotel without any feedback or bringing the blanket. there was a phone number at the front door, do not bother to call, because nobody replies (tried 3 times). it means that if you are a foreigner and there is an emergency or you need something, you are all alone. one more thing; although we booked a double room with 2 single beds (which we specified at booking page), they directed us to a room with 1 double bed. then we changed the room, again they sent us to a similar room, it was like a joke!!! on the 3rd trial we could find the correct room, long time after we checked in and walking/climbing a long way with our luggage...
Review 2：You can only pay cash, no bank cards, credit or electronic transfer. Just cash :-/ Also, in the restaurant there is no glass division between the smoking and non-smoking sections. The restaurant smells of smoke.

Review 10：Our bedroom was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was adequate.
Review 11：I made the booking and received confirmation.Yet when I arrived no one was aware that I was coming. Eventually we got a room. However, no evening meal was served as that part was closed for the evening. The person in charge did make us a sandwich with a cup of coffee. The internet did not work the first day. They only accept cash, which to me smell a rat as one try to avoid paying taxes.
Review 12：the breakfast was fine. We only talked to various people who were not in charge and therefore could not make any decisions. It is a good place for locals but certainly not good for travellers. Will not recommend this place to my friends.
Review 13：There is a restaurant on the ground floor and it was quite loud in the evenings, I couldn't sleep (but I went to bed very early at 7-9 p.m.).

Review 17：This is a nice hotel, but situated on a very noisy road and the lack of air conditioning means it is impossible to shut the noise out during the night.
Review 18：Staff is friendly and nice. The hotel itself is very cozy, calm and beautiful. Breakfast is included and there are good variaty of food, free wi-fi in the hall and outside. Food is very tasty, good portions. Close to bus stop.
Review 19：The WiFi doesn't work in the room, just in the looby. We arrived at 5 o'clock pm and we had to make a call to get the key, because there was nobody to receive us.
