Review 1：There was an issue with damp in the Villa - it was recently refurbished but a considerable amount of rain and thunderstorms meant that in the morning there was a lot of damp on the walls and the house was quite musty. The inclusion of an oven for cooking would have been useful as it took a considerable time to toast bread (unsuccessfully) with the small tabletop grill.
Review 2：Nice location, plenty of space and secure parking. We arrived late so Sabrina made arrangements for us to collect our keys from the Borgo di Colleoli resort. Villa was separate from main resort in a small group of 4 on the main road and benefited from its own pool and gardens. The village was within walking distance and a small town was also nearby. The property was comfortable and well appointed. The Borgo also has washing and drying facilities which was helpful.

Review 7：There is NO access to WiFi in the appartment. There is only one set of towels per week available. We haven't seen our host at all, only contact per email, but that was ok. It's inpossible to find the location without navigation...
Review 8：The environment is absolutely fantastic. So many beautiful vieuws around. This location is also good to visit cities like Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena by car.
Review 9：Our villa was in a different location of the village to the main reception area, which wasn't made clear and so we had some difficulty in locating our residence. However this was a minor inconvenience.
Review 10：Stunning location right in the middle of beautiful rolling Tuscan hills, perfect for travelling around the region. The villages of Colleoli and Palaia are very close by and have some very nice places to eat, and very friendly locals. The Fattoria has excellent facilities for BBQ, swimming and relaxing. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Fattoria Di Colleoli and would definitely return! An excellent option for this region of Tuscany.

Review 12：Lovely country location for those wanting a peaceful stay in Tuscany. Villa was two story in grounds with ample parking, grassed areas, pool and entertainment terrace with great views.
Review 13：Don't arrive at night you won't be able to find the place. And hire a small car the roads are only wide enough for one car with a sheer drop over the edge. The first night there was a storm this was not the fault of the host but the kitchen poured water inside as well as the windows all leaked, then the power went out for about 8 hours again not her fault but we was not kept up to date with what was going on so we went out and bought candles as we had 4 kids that don't like the dark. All of our towels were on the floor in the kitchen the host sent a man around with more towels but only offered to move us next door into 2 apartments, as we went as 2 families this was not the point of our holiday, the storms also too away the WIFI for the week. The café and restaurant was never open on site and the pool was full of bugs. We had no walk though of the house or parking place or keys or anything really and lack of local information in the house to assist in finding anything. Would have liked a welcome pack of sorts with either some basic amenities available to pre-order to allow a smoother start to holiday. no way of contacting host easily whilst onsite. Unfortunately very disappointed, and the storms unfortunately made matters worse.
Review 14：The views are second to none, quite spacious inside and out, on site parking if you are brave enough to drive. Swimming pool is a great size. Isolated location for quiet holidays. People at the closest resort the Borgo Di Colleoli are very helpful and assisted us with local information. Sabrina's communication before the holiday was excellent.

Review 16：It is very worthy.the Tuscany countryside is very beautiful. A 3minutes ride to palaia village and 15minutes ride to pontedora. Quiet in the night.
Review 17：At first we got a big room without any connection to the main facility or wifi and i wont recommend staying there. Also when we arrived there was no check in opened, we had to look for a hour all over town for the replacement check in so if you come on sunday notice that!
Review 18：Sabrina was very kind to us, helped us switch a room and also allowed us to do laundry on a very small fee! The place has an amazing view and is approx 1 hour drive from all of toscana highlite places. The pizza place in town is very nice if you come at night and hungry.
