Review 1：I couldn`t open the windows the wifi was connecting only to some sites the bathroom was not as clean as I expected

Review 20：Cleaner was too eager to clean my room even when I didn't want her to :-) My first impression of the room was that it was a bit tired, but I felt comfortable, safe and well looked after.

Review 21：Staff went above and beyond to meet many guest's request. I don't think I ever stayed in a place where the staff was so efficient, pleasant and even whistling happily while working hard. Tea and cappucchino were offered for free in the bar area. I felt really well looked after.I also liked that mini bar had lots of water bottles reasonably priced. I felt that the price was very telling of hotels wish to cater for customers need and was not just after a quick buck.
