Review 1：Bathroom was very small, breakfast was rather insufficient and could use improvements.

Review 5：Everyone was very helpful - when we asked for a late checkout they agreed with no hesitation. My husband won a bottle of wine in the European Masters Athletics - we couldn't take it home in hand luggage so had to drink it - but no corkscrew - the hotel lent us one without hesitation in spite of there being a bar in the hotel. Very good value too.

Review 6：The room had lots of space and a nice balcony with a line to let us dry our clothes and towels. Lots of spare towels. We were able to park our bikes in the laundry room. We had a TV that we didn't use as the channels were in Italian. Staff were great and breakfast was a feast!

Review 19：Someone removed a new Benettone rain jacket from my suitcase and 2 new sunhats. I phoned but they said they found nothing. I wonder about their cleaning crew.

Review 22：The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, with fantastic English. The location is great with free on/street parking right outside and just a 5 minute walk to the medieval walls and core of the town. Our room was cleaned daily and to a high standard, which although it wasn't that modern still felt very clean and comfortable.
