Review 1：Fantastic hotel! Breakfast was served by the pool with a great selection of sweet and savoury foods. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Lovely views and easy access to local villages.

Everything was absolutely perfect, I spend my life in hotels (from standard to luxurious) for my work but this place was memorable. It is also very strategically located to visit Florence, hop on the train in Signa and for 2,50 Euros you're in the heart of Florence in less than 15 minutes. Ideal!

Review 8：Gorgeous villa in picturesque setting and incredible generosity and hospitality of the owners. The villa is renovated to a 5 star standard. Large rooms with beamed ceiling, beautiful bedding, breathtaking views from the rooms, antique furniture in the dining area, gorgeous pool and outdoor covered patio. all done with great taste and care. The owner Lorenza treats you like family, breakfast surpasses food at the finest hotels: homemade exquisite desserts, freshest prosciutto, sandwiches, juices, fruit, croissants, cookies. The villa is far beyond expectations. We were submerged in luxury for a very moderate price. We even cancelled the next stop reservation and drove all over Italy staying here for a few more days. Incredible value for the money and awesome location to explore Florence and Tuscany. We are going back next year!
Review 9：Staff is very helpful. Loved the view, the stylish bathroom and the plentiful breakfast. Good location if you like the quiet countryside, olive trees and horses. We could leave the car at the station (for free) and visit Florence by train.
Review 10：Me and my husband just came back from our honeymoon at this beautiful place. We liked everything about this nice place, starting from very kind and welcoming owners and their staff, nice surrounding views with horse farm, olive yards and wine yards, to tasty tuscany food and of course spacious swimming pool area with everything you need to have relaxing and undistributed vacation. The breakfast were very tasty, many kinds of sweet pastry, cakes, biscuits, toasts with jelly or nutella, also cheese and "prosciutto", bread, different kind of sandwiches, yogurts, fruits and also fresh juice or coffee at your choice. We had chance to try some homemade foods topped with their own olive oil, which we also got as a present. The house was very clean and room was spacious, accommodated exactly as it is shown at the pictures. The bed was big and very comfortable. There was also small minibar where you could find some soda. The bathroom was clean and spacious too. There were clean towels almost everyday, and our bedsheets were changed during our stay. The room service was provided every day. The place is very close to Signa train station (5 minutes by car), from where you can easily take train to Florence (it takes 15 minutes and it runs almost every hour). At the train station is possible to park car for free at the white lines and also you can find there info desk for tourists with very helpful personnel. In Signa there are few local restaurants, I would say family restaurants, where you can try pizzas, pasta, risoto, and other meals at your wish. There are also many "gellato" shops with plenty of choices. We reccommend this place for everybody who would like to discover typical Tuscany residence and spend relaxing and peaceful time with your loving partner or family. Our expectations were over fullfiled and we are very thankfull that we could spend our honeymoon at such a beautiful family place. We wish to come back again. Grazie mille! :-)

Review 24：This was an amazing stay- we wish we had stayed here our entire Italian trip. The hostess and workers were beyond kind, even if there was a slight language barrier. Every time we walked downstairs we were offered a fresh cappuccino, and we loved walking to see the horses, sitting on the patio, and dipping our feet in the immaculate pool. Rooms were perfect and we kept our window open to see the beautiful view. Zero problems with wifi which is rare in Italy! I don't like to eat breakfast but they had so much to choose from I was soon full of yogurt, fruit, and sandwiches. Short, easy drive to the Signa train station which takes you directly to Florence. Loved this stay

Review 29：Podere Scarabattoli is set in beautiful countryside. We took a train from Florence to Signa, then walked the 2km from the station, after failing to locate a taxi. Caterina kindly drove us back to the station the following day. We went for relaxation after 2 days in Florence. It didn't disappoint.

Just outside of smallriverside town of Signa, 15 minutes by car (or bike!) from train stn.Cafe across from train stn. Will fix you up with an excellent dinner& wine to take back to Podere for al fresco dining there. Frequenttrains from Signa to Rome Termini, about 15 minute ride, far morepleasant than risking life and limb driving into Rome.
