Review 1：Beautiful Hotel, very friendly staff. Room was well appointed, bed was very comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The wifi was a little dodgy in the room, but no real issue.

Review 2：I loved everything! My room was only 49 euros and I had a king size bed with massive storage. Also, the bathroom was beautiful. Free breakfast was great!

Review 8：Bed is up against the wall and I kept hitting the sideboard when I turned over. The bed underlay kept crinkling up. Wifi is not free* and my room had such a weak signal that I had to go to the lobby to try and use it. I could not log in using the free credentials but could if I used a social media login where it promptly asked for access to all my contacts etc ( which I declined ). Note the wifi is not provided by the hotel but a third party. * Free to me means no cost , not no monetary cost

Review 10：That being said, the walls are upholstered in cloth that probably had never been replaced since inception of hotel. It smelled of cigarettes and dust. Ep we had to see 3 rooms before we found the least offensive.

Location (in the old centre of Grosseto), the hotel itself (beautiful old building), the hardworking friendly staff, the size of our room, very comfortable bed, big bathroom, big breakfast, fast and very strong wificonnection, carpark nearby (Porta Corsica), lots of good restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the hotel.

Review 23：In the historic centre, 100m from the Grand Plazza. The free bike rent is worth, you can easily go around the mediaval walls and see city outside. Recomendation: visit the Trattoria Far Niente, 5 minutes from hotel by walk, pleasure place, excellent Tuscany food. Ask for red wine LeMortelle - Botroseco and if you have chance, visit the wineyard (20km) beautiful place with nice wines.

Review 24：The carpets, furniture and curtains are showing the signs of un-cared age. The noise: early morning cleaning staff don't seem to care about guests presence.

Review 69：It is well located in the centre of the old part of Grosseta. Its a typical old school 4 star hotel. Room was comfortable, loved the fact that it had a proper bath to soak in after all the small showers in Italy. I also got a great value deal including a good breakfast.

Review 75：This was inside of the walled city, wonderfully furnished both in the room and as we stepped off of the elevator. Rain shower was easy to use and bath was very clean. Staff was helpful and close to restaurants, shopping and wondering the city.
