Review 1：The shower was way too small!!
Review 2：The owner of the property was a superstar and made the experience legendary, the property was walking distance from everything, we felt free to use the facilities due to them being soo clean and our apartment was comfortable and modern.

Review 4：The location is great - away from the main shopping area, so a little quieter, but only a 5 minute walk to the shops/beach. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy, the layout of the apartment was great, and it was clean.

Review 12：Room was quite cold and took a while to heat up. Whilst the free room upgrade was much appreciated, we learnt the price originally paid was much more than other local hotels we passed. It is possible that you can get a better deal in Port Campbell by not prebooking accommodation outside of peak holidays

Review 14：I had a very bad experience at the morning I was leaving the motel. The check out time was 10am, but we had one of us was feeling really bad, the staff asked us to leave otherwise they would charge money from us. We said that it's was not problem of extra charge, however, the staff was yelling at us and asked us to leave the motel NOW!!!!! Will never recommend friends to stay at this motel ever!!

The airco gave out a weak breeze of warm air, which did not heat the living room, but the bedroom and bathroom had no heating. We asked for an electric heater, but no. It was 14 degrees in the bedroom and so cold in the bathroom that we did not shower. The lighting was harsh. The TV remote control was grubby and broken. Awful place. Never again.

Review 45：Temperature was low during Autumn/Winter and warmer can only be found in the living room. Bedroom does not comes with warmer so it was rather cold to sleep in. Pillow was too flat to my liking and no room slipper was provided.

The room was huge when compared with what we paid. It was quiet and clean. The staff were some of the nicest people we met in Australia. Definitely recommend this place.

Review 59：The apartments are well furnished and have good facilities, a nice kitchen /lounge/dining area, with two toilets one upstairs, the other on ground level. It is just out of the township, so away from any hustle, but an easy walk to the shops and beach.

Review 66：If you are going to do the Great Ocean Road, Port Campbell is the best stop at the end of the leg (coming from Melbourne). The motel is easy to find, conveniently located nearby to the local restaurants and grocers. It serves well for a good night's rest.
Review 67：we had one of the older apartments. On the booking page it said that it would have160 square meters, actually it had only about 50 square meters. There was the possibility to sleep six people in two bedrooms (8 with sofa-bed). We had to leave part of our luggage in the car because there wasn't enough space for luggage and people in the apartment. There was a small fridge and only a movable stove with two cooktops, and not enough cutlery and crockery for five.

Nicholas was responsive to our queries and made special arrangements for our late night check-in by emailing us the details and car park lot number. Lights were left switched on for visibility which was very thoughtful. Carpark lot was free and right in front of the unit. The unit we got was spacious for 3 persons. However there was just one bathroom to share, and the 2nd queen bed was placed in the living room. This was not an issue as we were friends staying together but might be weird for couples? The heated blanket was much appreciated in the cooling weather. Met Nicholas in the morning, a friendly chap. Check out process was simply handling over the keys to him.

Review 83：We reserved this motel at the last moment and upon our arrival we were very surprised at the excellent quality. Although the reception was already closed, Nick came in less than 2 minutes to give us the key and he already heated the place for us. The apartment had a beautiful kitchen/living room area, comfortable (a bit small) bedroom and very clean bathroom. The WiFi was excellent - super fast and free. There was even a terrace (that we didn't use during our one night stay). Although Port Campbell wasn't our cup of tea, we really enjoyed passing the night in Parkview and meeting Nick.

My room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. The room was much more than I need or expected. It included a double bed, two single beds, a couch, large tv, DVD player, dining room table and chairs, and a patio with a table and chairs. The little kitchen area included a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, full set of dishes, and everything needed to make tea or coffee. This place would be perfect for a family traveling on budget. The office even had movies you could borrow during your stay. Plus, there are free laundry facilities! They even supply the detergent and fabric softener! And even better than free laundry: free wi-fi! Port Campbell Parkview Motel & Apartments earned 4 stars!

Review 112：Could not fault this motel it was the second of our motels in our winter trip. It was warm clean an excellent sized room for our family of 6. We were greeted with a warm welcome and full explanation on things to do places to eat and what was available in the unit. Everything was in easy walking distance. We only wished we had planned to stay longer in this area to do some of the walks.
