Review 3：Breakfast staff were quick to clean up before breakfast was over (about 30 min prior to finish) so put pressure on us to finish so was not a pleasant experience. The beds were hard but maybe that's just us. The pool had very strict rules and is closed for a few hours during the day,

Review 7：For me its not a 4 star hotel only the swimming who catch the eyes of everyone. In the room you could not find any information about the hotel, even no info how to contact the reception. Regarding the bathroom there was no cap for the head etc etc as I always found in a 4 star hotel. There was only 1 gel which was the shower gel and shampoo all in 3. At the end I did not stay for 2 nights only 1and I had to pay 30euro for the night

Review 11：Everything there is in Italian, nothing in English. Personal don't know English, so we have to use hands and gestures for communication. Breakfast was very poor - one kind of cheepest cheese and one cheapest ham every day. Some of rolls were old and quite stony. Instant coffe. It absolutely was not breakfast for 4 stars hotel, but 2 maybe 3 stars.

Review 50：This hotel was frking good!!! You must come to this hotel if you are coming to San Giovanni Rotondo. It was absolutely the best hotel during our recent April 2014 trip in Italy which lasted 11 days! The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and gave us much valuable information, the reception and lobby was large and well appointed with lots of seating, a piano, cappuchino/alcohol bar, and gift shop. The room was clean, well appointed, spacious, quiet, and the WiFi worked well. They also had a pool which was open but it was a little too cold for a dip in April. This hotel was the cheapest of all of our hotels, and when we return to San Giovanni Rotondo we are definitely staying here!!

Review 51：Parco delle Rose is special to me. I stayed in it first over twenty years ago when the granparents were there. It was hugely popular with the group. There was plenty to eat. The swimming pool was a huge asset. It is spacious. It is quiet. It is not far from the Sanctuary. I have only the happiest memories of Parco delle Rose.
