Review 1：The place is beautiful and romantic, a bit difficult to find, but once found it gives all the opportunities for the comfortable staying and exploring the area. The charming cities of Montefiascone, Civita di Bagnoreggio, Capodimonte (on the Bolsena lake) etc are all 15-20-30 min. of driving, and the roads are quite and beautiful. The place itself is very quite, we had a big, ancient-style room with a kitchen corner. The kitchen was well equipped, however it would be nice to have a microwave oven... but it was really a minor disadvantage. It seems that the nearest big Conad supermarket is in Marta (20 min. driving, and you can combine it with the visiting Bolsena lake). Of all the staff we met only Alin the custode, and he was really nice and helpful. And by the way - if you are staying there in warm weather, I'd recommend to get a mosquito repellent - which is generally a good idea when travelling in Italy.

Review 9：Large spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Lovely pool area. They even arranged for pizzas in the evening near the pool. My children lovely the puppy. Recommend if you want a place to chill out and relax.

Review 15：There were NO SIGNS!!!! WE spent over an hour looking for it, and that was with directions (twice) from the locals. Even when we got there, still no sign on the big closed iron gates. We got out and when you looked really really hard, there was a small button wit hthe name Commenda beside it - that's it. This is very verysilly if you want guests to actually find where they have booked.When I checked out, the lady did not speak English - at all - but made it clear that she didnt know how to work the VISA machine, so I had to pay cash, and luckily I had enough. All in all, they need to get their act together BEFORE they accept bookings. Seriously, Bookings.com, I was not impressed.

Review 16：OK, so...when this place is finished (ie.swimming pool, patio, BBQ) Im sure it will be lovely. But we were the only people there, and when the one guy who works there left at 4 pm, we were all by ourselves in the middle of a farming community, so it was a bit spooky.
