Review 1：At 2am guests upstairs began to make a ruckus to the point that we were not only kept well awake but we actually were quite shaken up and concerned as to what was going on. We would have called management for assistance but could not even find a number for reception. This disturbance continued until 6am. It spoilt what was otherwise a lovely establishment.
Review 2：The room was clean, comfortable and well facilitated.
Review 3：I liked everything about the accommodation. It was very clean, comfortable and very close to the Echuca port. All the staff were very friendly and we both enjoyed the food from the bistro.
Review 4：It is attached to a pub so if you don't like that sort of thing I would book somewhere else. But the facilities in the pub and the meals were beautiful as well.

Review 6：Grubby and in need of many repairs. Out of order signs on a number of things. General air of decay. Female guest in next room played TV at ear damage level until nearly midnight. Won't be staying there again,

Review 8：There were extremely noisy, drunk men in above rooms. They were yelling, inside and outside the rooms and banging on doors non stop from 1am to 5am. No staff came to stop this. There were no staff at reception in the morning to advise of what happened.

Review 11：We came in via Bus, even if it was by Train all accomodation and I do mean absolutely everything can only be reached by clammering over the ancient Railway pedestrian Bridge which can only be accessed via a rough and tough stone expanse then once over it you have to drag your luggage through a dirt paddock... And if you are leaving by either Bus or Train you have to do it all over again Come on Echuca you can do better than this!!! The rest of the town is great,

Review 16：The rooms are huge, well appointed and very comfortable. We are repeat customers and will likely stay with you again. Suggestion - as we were on "Business", perhaps "Colleagues" should be included as a type of traveller. We didn't fit any of the other categories available.

Review 30：I booked a room with 2 separate beds. When I arrived there was one queen size bed. I did not want to sleep with my autistic son so I had to sleep on a put -u up bed. not the most comfortable. I was offered another room with 2 beds the next day. since we were only spending two nights I declined I did not want the hassle of moving all our stuff. but on the whole it wasn't bad I will probably go there again.

Review 41：The door lock from the inside was loose, the screws from the lock was about ready to fall out. Toilet bowl has been set up too close to the wall resulting in the seat not being able to be put in the upright position. From a male point of view, this made things awkward when using the toilet. When sittoing on the toilet, the lid tends to fall on your body.

Review 47：From the moment of my arrival I was treated as a down and out which I am not. The girl gave me a key to the room and advised there SHOULD be a heater in the room. There was not. I was given a second rate heater from reception with a promise that it would be replaced the next day. It wasn't ever replaced but upon enquiring I couldn't help but notice the brand new heater in the reception room. Now to the gents facilities upstairs! There was only one operational toilet on the floor for the gents and one operational shower which incidentally left me ankle deep in water every day it had to use it. Further, there were 'Out of order signs on 3 other shores and another toilet that appear to have been there for months ! The owner should be ashamed to charge $60.00 per night for such substandard and sleazy accommodation given that during my time there I had to share the facilities with at least 5 other men. Incidentally I was able to secure better and bigger accommodation for a lot less in the same town but booking .com should strike this one out as most unsavory. Further to this I was witness to evening meals being sect back to the kitchen because they were underdone and cold! Will never recommend this dump!!!
