Review 1：The staff lies, the pictures of the place and breakfast are false advertising, and the room is full of mosquitos. There is no free parking, even though you are told where to park, if you follow directions and park where instructed, you will end up with a €40 parking ticket. The breakfast is nowhere near what is advertised on the website. This place is not worth the money. Between the hidden fees and the bug bites from sleeping in one of their rooms, it was easily the worst part of our holiday.

Review 6：Perfect location to catch the train into S.M.N Florence, it only takes 17 minutes and costs €2.50. It might be a bit dated and not a 4* anymore, but it is a perfect commute to the city and great value for money. The staff were absolutely brilliant!

Review 18：sheet and bed spread; no duvet. TV did not work coffee was appalling, no facilities in room for making tea/coffee. no towels, bed sheet type things only breakfast mediocre at best - cold 'hot food'. No muesli, chocolate cereal or cornflakes only in stained container. Tray of sliced yellow cheese 2 trays of sliced ham, some fruit and yoghurt. 2 mornings running no juice only jugs of cold water. We arrived, from South Africa at 11pm. No food available not even a roll. (many coaches of tourists seem to arrive late at night, surely some food should be available? Fridge in room not cold as no electricity when not in room-i.e. all day and evening. Only 2 power points in room. My husband and I have been married for nearly 30 years yet we were given a room with very narrow single beds. Bathroom unclean on arrival - hair in bidet, filthy floor towel. Took 2 days to be acceptable-ish!
Review 19：Comfortable mattresses. Proximity to station, 15 minutes to Florence. Good pizzeria, open late, just across the square. We didn't try dinner restaurant as breakfast and coffee scared us off! The young man and woman in the breakfast room were very pleasant and really tried to accommodate our wishes. Illaria on front desk pleasant and helpful.
