Review 1：The big wooden doors to the rooms just pull shut with a stationary handle (rather than having a door handle to close then gently) so in the morning this can be quite loud down the corridors as people head out.

Review 8：No lift even though most rooms are on the first floor. Breakfast too basic for this class of hotel, small croissants or several different types of cake available but who eats cake for breakfast? No eggs, bacon or any other cooked foods and only two cold meat selections. Pool opening hours too limited.

Review 10：Unforunately the hotel lies very far away from the mainroad that even my gps had problems finding it. One of the roads we went on was in such a bad condition (big holes) that I thought that we had got lost in nowhere! Arriving in the evening with a ten year old child and being so far away from the city, we didn't want to go to the city for eating, so we went to the restaurant and were quite chocked, as we saw the prices for the menu and for the single courses. 35 € each for the menu (4 courses) is a high price, even when you are sitting at the swimming-pool and the service is OK. The food was very good, but we have had equal menus at other places with an excellent kitchen og beautiful surroundings at a price of 22 € each! It's quite a difference! It seems that the hotel takes advantage of its situation in the countryside. When you have found the place, you don't want to leave it to get something to eat. You might namely get lost in the darkness! My granddaughter wanted to go swimming upon arrival and also early in the morning, but the swimmingpool is only open from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m.! What a pity! Breakfast is only until 10 a.m., and if you arrive late (ten minutes before time) the waitress so to speak told us to hurry up, because she had to clear the buffet! A lady, who was ten minutes late, did not get any breakfast. Bad service!

Review 11：The people at the reception and at the restaurant in the evening were very kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully restored and has good furniture. The outdoor restaurant at the swimming-pool is quite romantic and the service as well as the kitchen are OK.

Review 12：For a hotel that claims to be 4* there is no management by anyone with hotel experience. My guess is that it is run by accountants and/or an ex-farming family. Customer service is poor and the attention to guests needs is lacking. Over priced for poor quality experience.
