Review 1：Super nice and helpful owners - he explains in details how you can easily get to the city and places in Florence, /15 minutes away/ gives you maps and directions, advices for parking in the city, etc which is for me the most important information when you are there. it has a free parking across the street which is another extremely important thing when visting Florence. Excellent quality of wi-fi and last but not less important - a realy quiet and peaceful room for having rest after long day in Florence and Tuscany. I am very pleased with my choice of that hotel. There is a train station close enough since it turns out railways is really the most comfortable way for site seeing in this magnificant city and arounds. Thanks to the nice owners, we did not waste so much of our time wondering how to get here and there and where to park, and when ones goes to the lovely Firenze he realises how important is this :)

Review 3：Very friendly host, arrived late at night and he was expecting us, provided all the information we needed. Room was very nice, extremely cosy and comfortable, perfect for a visit to Florance.

Review 17：The rooms were pretty good. Another good thing about the hotel is that you can take a train from Signa and after 15 minutes you're in the center of Florence.Important:if you come to center of Florence (the old city) by car you will get a fine.

Review 18：a horrible breakfast waiting for you on the small table after entering your room, what mean crackers and powdery coffe as from any coffe machine at the public station; furnishing of the hotel is a little bit slushy, but for the price and overnight staying is worth of money (besides the breakfast of course!)

Review 37：A small intimate hotel, family run. At arival the welcome was wonderfull. Friendly, helpfull and full of tips and proactive advice how to enjoy our stay and visit the places we could see. The rooms where cleaned every day. The interieur of the hotel and the rooms was exceptionally warm and cosy as well. That together with the price and the easyness to find parking space made our experience here nothing short off wonderfull. We travelled by car and Signa is nicely inbetween driving distance of wonderfull cities to visit.

Review 38：The hotel is good. There was an air conditioning system and breakfast in the room. Parking is on the opposite side of the road. It is free during the night. Wifi is free, but you need to ask for a password.
