Review 4：first no hot water in the shower, then no water at all. no iron and ironing board available. internet connection so slow that I could not complete online check-in. staff completely unapologetic about any of the issues and offered no solution or timelines for the troubleshooting. level of English of staff very poor. manager not available for complaints. soundproofing of windows does not filter out all of the 24/7 noise of the industrial facilities next door.

Review 6：Improve road indications to find the hotel. Difficult if you arrive at 11 pm , dark and not indicated. Mani front gate close with no indications on it. Need improovement

Review 7：(1) When asked for the transport possibilities from Brindisi city center to the hotel, we were told at the reception that we could ask for a shuttle service operated by the hotel. When we called the hotel from the city center to ask for the shuttle, this was not possible; instead we were asked to note a telephone number of a taxy company we had to call ourselves to get to the hotel. We were lucky to have a map of Brindisi and we walked from the center to the hotel, which was feasible (45 minutes). However: this possibility we had to find out ourselves. Reception told us there were no busses coming in the neighbourhood of the hotel, which is not true: doing the walk, we saw several bus stops our way, one being close to the hotel premises. (2) Restaurant closed. No food. Voila. (3) It seemed to me that the airco in the room recirculated the air - I got a terrible headache from that. The airco is controlled centrally, no control is possible in the room. (4) We sent a mail in November 2011 that we needed a taxi in August 2012 to get to the airport. When we got to the reception at 4:00 am to catch that taxi the receptionist first said that getting a taxi was not possible. (5) The minibar in the room contained 1 small bottle of sprankling water, 1 small bottle of still water, 1 small bottle of orange juice and some 80% empty space. (6) The shower is equipped whith multiple nozzles enable a full body massage treatment. However the water coming out of these nozzles feels like razor blades when it hits your skin. (7) No swimming pool. Bad value for money. Definitely not worth 4 ****.

Review 9：The Hotel is very conveniently located within the Brindisi industrialarea. This is its main plus (if you're there for business) and minus(the neighborood is nothing like anywhere you'd like stay for a romanticgetaway). Hotel staff are very kind and helpful.
