Review 1：Nothing. The place was terrific, and we'd stay there again.

Review 2：The friendliest staff at any hotel we've ever stayed at. The breakfast is amazing every morning, and the ladies who prepare it are very sweet. Wifi worked very well. The room was clean and the loft was so neat. Close to Florence (30 min), Pisa (50-60 min), and San Gimignano (50-60 min) so you can see a lot on a weekend trip. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Review 3：A beautiful property on the outskirts of Signa. A friendly and interesting manager, Alessandro Giaccherini, who helped guide our two couples on our train trip into Florence, and some leather shopping. Great breakfast included by two wonderful ladies upstairs in a country like room. Would highly recommend this property when visiting Florence, only a 15 minute train ride away!

Review 4：This hotel is not what is shown on picture it makes out that it is the large country hotel in the picture but this is not part of it . The accommodation is in a building next to the road and the picture shown is not really a true representation of the hotel at all and is misleading

Review 6：Not a bad experience but although just out in the country the hotel is surrounded by the industrial heartland of tuscany. Ideal for seeing Florence, Sienna, Pisa and San Gimignano but about 50 miles from the rolling hills of Tuscany.

Review 7：Fantastic service from everyone we met. particular thanks to Stephano and Mr Allegri the " owner" who kindly drove us out to a couple of restaurants. The breakfasts were divine with a massive variation each of the days we stayed. the homemade flans were particularly enticing.

Review 8：Bathroom is on the small side and the water is getting very hot while taking a shower. Beds are not the most comfortable ones.

Review 15：We loved everything about our stay. The staff and management are wonderful. The food at breakfast and the restaurant was fantastic. They made a wonderful stay of items every day. The rooms are all in a small building between the pool and a stream. They were clean and spacious and our view was lovely. The charm of being in the countryside close to both the vineyards and Florence was exactly what we wanted. The grounds are beautiful. There is a banquet facility attached to the restaurant up the hill and trails behind that lead to a georgous lake and horses that our kids loved visiting each day. The pool was a great way to to cool off after a long day of site seeing. We will definitely go back.

Review 24：Nothing but do get directions (the hotel kindly sent some but we had already left home so didn't get them) and if possible arrive in the light. We followed a google map which gave the shortest route which took us through the hills!

It's a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of busy Florence. Nice villa to spend evenings in, and an AMAZING breakfast that changed every day so it's was equally wonderful each day! A few nice touches which are important - kettle, cups, saucers, tea, sugar etc, sweets in a basket on table and what I found quite a quirky idea - an umbrella on the terrace incase it rains! Breakfasts were excellent - a wide variety of cheese, ham, fresh breads, cakes, fruit, yogurts etc.

Review 75：The staff were fantastic and so helpful. We felt so welcome there that we stayed their twice whilst touring around Italy. Pool was nice and peaceful with only two other families sitting around it. Breakfast was good, but for dinner on the evening I would recommend driving into Florence.

Review 78：We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at this family run hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff is genuine, very friendly and helpful with providing guidance and maps. Breakfast was fantastic, the service outstanding and location was great for exploring the many beautiful historic sites in the area although you do need a car if staying here. There is a also a restaurant there serving excellent Tuscan food at reasonable prices.

The setting was fabulous, exactly what I was hoping for - quiet country setting, yet only minutes to the town and a quick easy train ride to Florence. The room was lovely - large spacious suite, suitable for an extended stay, complete with dining table and full kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. The grounds were lovely as well. We only had 2 nights to stay and wished we'd had a least a week. We would definitely go back!

We would love to return and heard many guests commenting on the fact that they return here often. The breakfast was the best we've had in our many hotels in Italy. Review 84：It took a 20 min to get into the center of Florence via taxi and 40 minutes via bus and train. This presented a problem if you want to stay in town till 12pm because the bus/ train do not run as frequently/ if at all.
