Review 1：Sulky woman on reception. Not a nice neighbourhood - men drinking cans of alcohol on the footpath outside the adjacent supermarket morning & night. Pub across the road, which claimed to be Scottish, had no brandy & the barmaid didn't even know what brandy was!!

Review 6：Everything. There are 3 supermarkets by the hotel, cofeeshop and a pub restaurant, so after a long journey you don't need to look for a place to eat. The staff was very hepfull.

Review 11：The location is not the best if you want to be close to Florence but at the same time you will not be able to find a hotel at this price close to the city centre. The nearby road is a bit noisy even during night
Review 12：The rooms are very modern and spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. The train station is a bit far if you walk but there is a free shuttle service. As we visited Florence during the weekend we used our car to go to the city and found quite easily a free parking place outside the zone with limited access. The breakfast was very good.
