Review 1：The bed was too firm for our comfort. Breakfast was from 7:30 to 9:30 AM and guests didn't have much time to stagger into breakfast; the breakfast room got really busy; most tables were reserved for lunch and some guests had to wait for seats and/or breakfast items or cups.

Review 2：The hotel is a few minutes walking distance to the shrine; it is clean and has a parking lot. Wi-Fi is available and although connectivity is not great, at least, it is available. We arrived after midnight to check-in and the hotel staff was very kind to wait for us before retiring for the evening.

Review 3：Access to WiFi should be automatic to avoid frequent issuance of access and saving the use of paper.

Review 5：It's a fixed evening menu which almost never changes. In fact most of the hotels do a tourist menu which never changes. If you are there for 10 nights or for 7 nights they will cheerfully offer you exactly the same dishes in the evening. If you're driving your own car try to get there earlier in the day to get a parking space directly outside the hotel or else you will be forced down into the bowels of an internal car park which is extremely narrow.

Review 6：The hotel is situated on a road leading directly to the Friary and the Sanctuary. It is large and in excellent condition and the staff in the restaurant area are very helpful indeed. You have to constantly go back to the desk to get codes for the WiFi but that's not too difficult.

Review 7：The airconditioning is not working well. Rooms are fine but poor cooling system. Hope you will take notice of this. Thanks.

Review 8：The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is excellent.The hotel is near St.Pio's shrine. Hotel Fini's offers low cost room rate but good service.

Review 9：Yellow curtains. Lots of dust in the room. Not being able to sleep on the pillow (it was dirty and itchy). Bathroom was really bad. Mould all over the place, vent was really stuck in dirt and dust (never being cleaned). Staff at reception rude and unable to deal with any of the over mentioned points, despite the fact I asked for room change I was answered it wasn't their responsibility (who was it then?). Never again. Also paid in full with promise of contact to discuss the issues and owner never showed up. They are drying the bed sheets in the underground car park, full of dust and in very dangerous environment. I strongly suggest to stay away from this if you don't want to get sick! Nothing was as described by booking website.

Review 12：The location was very convenient. The hotel was quite nice and the receptionist giuseeppe was very helpful even though on the 15th of August it was super busy.

Review 17：Breakfast was poor but up to Italian standards. When we arrived the staff was not very welcoming. Only Italian and no smile or any help to be found. We have had to deal with only Italian before and it does not have to be a problem. Othes staff was more friendly later on. Do not choose the Tourist dinner menu. It was really bad (disgusting even). Other minor annoyances included: no trash can in the room, over full parking (blocked in and outside, you pay extra to park in the garage), if you are not coming for Padre Pio there is really nothing of interest in the are.

Review 18：We ended up here becasue all of the hotels near the sea were allready fully booked and the price was quite low. We had a good nights sleep and were able to make a nice day trip to the beach and Gargano from here (by car). The room was average sized and clean.

Review 21：The abrupt manner of the man on the desk on the Monday morning we left ( i forgot to return the t,v remote control when i checked out and was told like a child to fetch it .Not used to being spoken to like that . The young man on the desk on the Sunday afternoon could not do enough for us .

Review 42：The biggest problem was the hair and the staff. I really don't know why this hotel has great reviews. The young guy at the desk was a creep and rushed me when I was signing a legal document..I actually don't know what I signed since his impatience confused me. The room had pubic hair all over it. I found one in the bed, three in the shower and several on the floor of the bathroom. Thank God we only stayed one night. As I was checking out, they tried to charge us again.

Too late the hero! And thisis misrepresented as "10 mon. Walking distance to the Shrine."No way! It's more like a 20 min. Walk uphill!
