Review 2：The treat of the owners. We arrived late and we have a problem with the auto. Next day they offer us help to solve the problem, and bringed us to the town. The location is great, near the bolsena lake The hotel has a big swimming-pool and the room was big and comfortable

Review 4：Not the place to choose for business travel (I had to wait 30 minutes tochecked out and have breakfast before to leave). Breakfast is very poor(not continental one). Rooms are not soundproof and the heater is verynoisy. If your rooms neighbors decide to create a kindergarden in thecorridor...well the staff won't do nothing. You have to go out andask gently to be left in peace.Too bad because the hotel is nice and the staff in general seems nice.
