Review 1：Blood in the blankets! Fire holes in blankets. When we complained the owner acted suprised without an offer to solve the problem.

Review 3：I called the hotel that I arrived late. Nobody answered my phone during day time. I arrived the hotel at late, around 23:30, BEFORE 00:00. I paid my 2 day nights in advance at 23:41 (with my proof). However, the next day, the stuff informed me that the hotel charged me in advance for 1 night since they thought that I wouldn't come. Within 2 weeks, the stuff never called me back, but I had to call them many times to remind, the answer I received "I will do it today!". In addition, the bathroom and toilet are not inside the room. This should be clearly indicated.
Review 4：My room with private bath reservation wasn't honored, had a room with shared toilet on 3rd floor. While told the hotel was full, evidence pointed to very few customers; shared bath on 2nd unused, one lodger met on 3rd floor. I think they're running a scam.
Review 5：It was close to the Mons rail station.
Review 6：Loads of poor maintenance, some of which could have been corrected had the owner cared. Badly stained mattress, ceiling, ensuite dirty and everything falling off, had to hold shower with one hand whilst using it, No Air Con so left windows open but on a busy road opposite bus terminus and railway as well as bar outside open late. Only two small hand towels for two people, not changed daily either. The place needs a total refurb and caring staff.

Review 8：Staff failed to respond to 3 problems that we encountered, no lighting to staircases. After thunderstorm water leaked into bedroom. Fire escape not obvious.Expect to pay up front, 15euros deposit for TV remote !!!
Review 9：Rooms quiet considering the location near to railway station
Review 10：At the time of my visit the main railway station was a total building site and the hotel a minor one. But no complaints. Friendly check-in and the room had all the basics I'd expected and everything spotlessly clean. The, as yet unfinished, balcony was a bonus and the location with plenty of small bars, restaurants and convenience stores suited me perfectly. Only about 10 minutes walk into the town centre proper and so the location is good too.
Review 11：room was not in great condition, including the shower hanging off, but was clean.
Review 12：we arrived at 2am on sunday after the longest bike ride, we should have been then by 8pm. the security guard gave us the key to the room and it was a great relief to get a bed for the night.
Review 13：Very basic beds and rooms, looks a bit rundown, and not all the lights were working. WiFi only worked downstairs and not in the upper rooms.

The bathroom was steamy, but at least a little warmer. The bathroom in my opinion was not serviced (cleaned) at all. The shelf in the closet had cigarette ash remains - was not cleaned I guess.
