Review 1：The customer service was consistently very poor, from greeting on arrival, how long it took to order lunch at the beach, drinks orders arriving wrong, and no effort made by any staff to know our names. Hoards of tourists arrive everyday to take photos of the lobby plus the property is so huge it took over 10 minutes to walk from the room to the front entrance.Over £20 for a beer on the beach is excessive, especially when it takes over 30 minutes to arrive.

Review 12：Yes, I have a B&B treatment and they charged me 2x for the breakfast in the room. In any hotels 5* in the world it never happen, I do understand to pay for the service to bring it to my room, but not duble charge for the same meal. I have complained with the direction but they obliged me to pay, even if my 2 breakfast were only continental one, and in the hotel restaurant you have much bigger choose of food.

Review 14：1. Lack of complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in room 2.. We were told by staff on arrival that the pool and beach area at the east end was for adults and the west end was for kids. There were several kids at the east end beach/pool which was a bit irritating as we had expected quiet. The beach staff did not intervene.

Review 17：1- Unfortunately, there is NO Shattaf (Shower Hose) next to the WC in the bathroom. As Muslim guest, this is quite important as having the bidet next to the WC does not really serve the purpose. 2- The lady who attended me at the reception while checking out was not quite friendly and did not pay full attention to me as she was talking on the phone while I was still not done with my check out process!

Every time i wanted to have tea or coffee i had to order it from the room service and that costed me around 40 dirhams for each cup of tea or coffee !!! Also there was no iron, so if u needed to iron something u either had to give it to the laundry or bring ur own iron with u .. Upon check out, they called me before the time of check out and wake up my baby with their call to make sure I'm up and awake to leave (which to me was kind of rude since i stayed there for a week !! And there was no harm if i checked out a bit late than 12:00 pm, i told the gentleman who called it's ok I'll check out on time, then he said ok when shall i send u someone to take ur luggage?) i mean u could have been a bit nicer to ur guest who already paid 15000 dirhams during 6 nights !!!!!

Review 51：I would advise anyone not to pay extra for a room with a sea view if you sit down on the balcony you cannot see through the balcony surround nor can you see the view from your room and if you are paying that sort of money l do not expect to see mould in the shower recess. We rang down to reception one hour before our departure to collect our bags unfortunately our driver and we were kept waiting another 15mins for our luggage before we could go to the airport. The staff were very pleasant but followed the manual and didn't think outside the box.

Review 63：The palace itself is luxurious and extravagant, decorated very elegantly and located in nice location. It is a fabulous resort with excellent service quality that everyone must experience once in life. It starts from check in - they do all check in for you while you enjoy your drinks, and continuous till check-out. It certainly deserves its seven stars You will get extremely pampered!! The resort has free WIFI with extremely strong signals everywhere without any exception. It also has fantastic restaurants inside, they are a bit expensive but I believe it is worth for the quality.

Can get access services from his room prior arriving to breakfast lounge, car is ordered ahead of time,etc. 4. Etc.

They brought the complementary starters same time with food while has to be before, while we are eating the starters the food became cold. They did not provide fork and spoon until we requested. Al jazera juce was so sweet, we could not drink it. The Brownes ( shrimps ) in the makbus was not cooked well and the makbus it self was to much salty. Their sweet is not having the taste for the local emirates sweet ( the assedah was so bad ).

Review 97：The hotel is so luxury, it is amazing. The staff are friendly and they are really care about their guests. Their hospitality is so nice. Thanks a lot for the duty manager Mr. Johanse he upgraded our room to luxury suite just to insure our happiness after we complained about the delay of deleviring our luggage to the room and also he offer us late check out till 3 PM. Thank for the receptionists: Sheoyun Nazim And the concierge lady Tabea keller. We enjoyed to much, for sure will back this hotel

Review 98：Cash deposit required at arrival because having a debit card (?!) A bit longer check in ( but flower and coffee was nice). At the dining buffet in the LeVendom restaurant should have been offered a bottle of water for that price.

Review 132：Some of the 240V sockets in the room did not work. Room control system did not control lights or aircon. Champagne glasses were not replaced with clean glasses during room cleaning. Waiter service at pool was slow at times - they rely on an electronic transmitter to log a service request, but these didn't appear to work.

Review 134：breakfast buffet area - staff looked rushed and overwhelmed with guests. My simple order took 35mins and twice requested compared with a table next to me ordered 10mins after I did and both of their dishes arrived before mine. Poor communications and floor management.

From 6 June 2016 until 20 June 2016, the West Wing Pool will be closed for annual maintenance.From 14 July 2016 until 28 July 2016, the East Wing Pool will be closed for annual maintenance. The West Wing Pool, kids club, camel tent and all water sport activities will be unaffected and will be available to guests.Selected food and beverage outlets will be undergoing improvements over the summer months of 2016.For any bookings made by persons below the age of 21, the hotel check in is not allowed and no booking refunds will be made.Please note that the dress code for guests at check in is smart casual.
