Reviews for Tenuta La Borriana
Review 1:La Borriana is a picturesque villa that far exceeded my expectations. Alessandro, Lara, Giacomo and their family were welcoming from the first minute we arrived and were exceedingly accommodating throughout our stay (including a private wine tasting with Alessandro that was a highlight of the week in Italy!) The weekend was fun, relaxing, and a perfect reprieve from the chaos of every day life. I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this property.
Review 2:This property is underrated by any standard. The entire grounds are run by a family who could not be more accommodating. Alessandro hosted a wine tasting for a small group of us and his passion and willingness to spend an afternoon with our group made it the highlight of the weekend, despite being there for a wedding. They went above and beyond continuously and if I were to be anywhere around the area again, I will undoubtedly stay here again.
Review 3:The owners were very kind and should our children the farm animals that they are raising. It was a very nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the cities. The view is beautiful and the food was great.
Review 4:This B&B was picturesque. My husband and I were in complete awe grounds and our room was large and cozy. Would defintely stay here again and highly recommend to others. we also did the wine tasting the next day after laying around the pool. It was amazing!
Review 5:The brothers who run the Borriano and their family are genuine, lovely people and it shows in their place. The apartment was good, so was the beautiful view, neat gravel paths and infinity pool. However the restaurant and wine are outstanding. The Carmignano wine is esteemed in Italy and the Borriano produces an excellent example. We drove from London drinking local wine, and the Borrianos was the best. We bought riserva and non and sweet Vin Santo to take home, and we will drink them in winter and remember the Tuscan warmth and hospitality of the Borriano.
Review 6:Beautiful place, very friendly personan! Good and clean rooms!!
Review 7:The vineyards and food and friendly staff, great wine
Review 8:There is no air conditioning, it was terribly hot in the room
Review 9:We went out everyday as the room was so small, there was a sign thatsaid if you used the kitchen they would charge you 50 uero to cleanit ifyou left it not perfectly clean, the coffee maker leaked all over thestove top and had to be replaced, I think it was too expensive for whatit was maybe 80 euro tops. Not good value and we have travelled now for30 consecutive days so are getting used to what is good value and whatto avoid. The Cavaleiro agritourism at Montepulciano was far better thanthis, nicer host and better value. The lawns werent mowed and theywerent very professional.internet only at office, one to avoid!
Review 10:It rained all four days we were there, not their fault however it was130 euro per night and the room was so small, no where to put a bag or2, there was no heating the room was freezing, we had to ask for toiletpaper in our room, the breakfast on the second and fourth day was nice
Review 11:one tv channel no WI FI
