Review 1：My wife and I travel a lot in France and Italy and I can honestly say (and I understand it is out of season price wise) that pound for pound this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly, the room was lovely, and the breakfast great.

Review 2：It was late October - the room was rather cold, especially the marble floor.

Review 4：The wi-fi connection was poor but this was due to a new router being installed the day before I arrived so not entirely a negative on the hotel. The staff were very helpful and tried everything they could to help with the wi-fi log-in trouble I was having.

Review 5：The staff are wonderful and although not everyone could speak English, they did all they could to help. To room was lovely, nice and spacious, good air-con. Bathrooms really nice. Lovely rooftop area to sit in the sun. The breakfast was nice, cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurts. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Montefiascone. Very close to good restaurants and local bars.

Review 7：The hotel was good. It is in the very centre of town which makes parking a problem. The lady at the reception is very good, she is very helpful and friendly.

Review 10：Warm, friendly staff always make our stay relaxing. The beautifully restored 14th century palace is located slap bang in the centre of Montefisacone with all the historic sights and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Review 12：Our room on the top floor was spacious and quiet, decorated in a clean, fresh way without being clinical. Although we faced the main street there was no noise, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was of a good standard, served in a very pleasant room. The location of the hotel is great - really near the cathedral and main sights. The rooftop terrace is a great place to watch the sunset!

Review 37：Only 2 poorly positioned electrical sockets so unable to work on PC comfortably. Double bed was 2 single beds put together so only 1 bedside table- even covers were separate so difficult to sleep covered. Poor assortment for breakfast especially savoury foods-wafer thin slices of processed ham and cheese. Eggs and fresh savoury food only 2 out of 6 days. Miserly that you should pay for a coffee/tea top up!!

Review 38：Room warm, impeccably clean and reasonably sized with ample bathroom, no expense spared on towel changes, refilling shampoo etc. Staff (both counter and cleaning) kind and helpful. Plenty of leftover pandoro /panettone for breakfast(if you like that sort of thing)
