Review 1：The exceptional staff and their ability to respond to requests. The staff was so polite and eager to please from the bar, waiters and housekeeping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is on our list to return next year.
Review 2：Rest of staff a bit grumpy looking almost a bit aloof. Breakfast room could do with a bit more light as it was like a late night romantic dinner setting but very good food.

Review 4：If I had to complain about anything it would be that the bed linen hadn't been changed during our stay. We stayed for 4 days. Wifi was good where we were (third floor) but you had to keep signing in which was slightly inconvenient. Also the rooms were really hot to the point we had to open windows in the evening. The radiators weren't even on so not sure where all the heat was coming from?
