Review 1：we have been offered an apartment with one of the bedrooms located in the basement which was damp and smell of mold was present - it made this room unusable for our children. No wifi. Almost no windows, one of the tree existing looked out to the small yard used as a parking lot, second one was in the basement overlooking on the stairs, the third was in the kitchen area. No mosquito nets - every evening you have to fight them or you got bitten (or both options). All other apartments in this facility were better than ours.

Review 3：Note for those who in Tuscany want be away from people - it's a large building full of apartments. If all users at the same time wanted to use the pool, at the pool is a large crowd. For guests there is no beach chairs and umbrellas. At the pool and around stinks of sewage.
